PLUMBING ARRANGEMENT
A plumbing arrangement having a pre-insulated pipe section. The pre-insulated pipe section includes a pipe and a thermal insulation layer of rigid foam molded to surround the pipe. The pre-insulated pipe section having fasteners made of rigid material fixedly connected to the insulation layer as integral parts for connecting the pre-insulated pipe section to another structure.

PIPING INSULATION INSERT
A piping insulation insert that may be inserted in a cut-away portion of insulation wrapping a pipe, wherein the piping insulation insert supports the weight of the pipe against a system by which the insulated pipe is suspended and supported. The insert includes: a length of unistrut having a u-shaped cross-sectional profile, wherein: the exterior surface of the u-shaped unistrut is covered with a first insulating material; a volume defined by the interior surface and the two upper edges of the u-shaped unistrut is packed with a second insulating material; and the two upper edges of the u-shaped unistrut are covered with the first insulating material.

Valve package supports and method of manufacture
A support that includes an exterior shell having a section configured to receive an item and a filler disposed within the exterior shell, wherein the filler is further configured to receive the item.
Pipe Anchor
A pipe anchor is disclosed having a pipe trunnion stop for attaching to an outer surface of a pipe by welding. A mating top cradle and a bottom cradle generally encircle and hold a length of the pipe. The bottom cradle has a pass-through to accommodate the pipe trunnion stop. There is a base onto which the bottom cradle sets, the base includes a void into which the pipe trunnion stop is secured. An insulation layer is positioned between the pipe and the top cradle and bottom cradle, and around the pipe trunnion stop. A bolting assembly on the top cradle and a mating bolting assembly on the bottom cradle secure the top cradle and the bottom cradle to each other. Another embodiment includes multiple pipe trunnion stops along with respective pass-through and base void sections.

Method and System for Reinforced Pipe Insulation
A method for assembling a reinforced non-compressible pipe support by inserting a plurality of generally cylindrical holes in a first sheet of insulation in a pre-determined pattern, inserting a similar group of holes in at least a second sheet of insulation so that the holes of both sheets line up when the first sheet is placed against a pre-determined cylindrical or flat form and the second sheet is placed on top of the first sheet thereby forming contiguous voids where mating holes are positioned adjacent each other, applying a pressurized flowable material to fill each void along its longitudinal axis, and curing the material until it forms a hardened material thereby forming the plurality of sheets into a non-compressible arcuate body having an inner radius of curvature that fits against a pipe or into a rectilinear block. Multiples sheets may be adhered and thermoplastic or resin used to fuse them together.

Securing Device
A securing device includes at least one rigid ring configured to encircle the pipe, and at least one securing system, rigid and distinct from the ring, including a body which has a first contact face configured to be pressed firmly against and secured to a surface of a structure, and at least one groove in which the ring is housed, the groove being configured to allow the securing system to slide with respect to the ring in a direction of sliding along the ring, while being immobile or near-immobile relative to the ring in a plane perpendicular to the direction of sliding.
