Systems and methods for moving objects along a predetermined path
Systems and methods are provided for an apparatus for moving objects along a predetermined path. A system includes plurality of conveying units, each conveying unit being connected to two other conveying units. A particular conveying unit includes a first link unit configured for connection to a first neighbor conveying unit. A second link unit is configured for connection to the first link unit, the second link unit further being configured for connection to a first link unit of a second neighbor conveying unit. A cup is detachably connected to the second link unit.
PLANT AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING PUREE AND/OR JUICE STARTING FROM A FOOD PRODUCT OF VEGETABLE ORIGIN
Plant (1) for producing juice and/or puree starting from a food product of vegetable origin comprising an extraction machine (20) within which a starting food product, at a temperature T0, is subject to an extraction step, in order to obtain an extracted food product and a waste product. The plant (1) furthermore comprises a heat exchange apparatus (40) positioned downstream of the extraction machine (20) configured to heat, or cool, the food product from an inlet temperature up to a predetermined outlet temperature. Furthermore, a deaeration and/or concentration apparatus (30) is provided configured to contain a predetermined quantity of the extracted food product and to maintain the predetermined quantity of the extracted food product at a temperature Tv and ad a predetermined vacuum degree. The plant (1), furthermore, provides a recirculation circuit (50) comprising the extraction machine (20), the heat exchange apparatus (40) and the deaeration and/or concentration apparatus (30) for recirculating a predetermined quantity of heated, or cooled, and deaerated and/or concentrated food product, into the extraction machine (20).
INDUSTRIAL-SCALE PROCESSING OF CANNABIS MATERIAL
The present application relates to processing of cannabis material, particularly on a large scale, such as at an industrial level. Cannabis is typically a controlled and regulated substance, and has traditionally been processed in low quantities. A human-based manual and/or labour-intensive processing implementation is not scalable, and is therefore infeasible at an industrial level. Disclosed herein are systems and methods for facilitating industrial-scale processing of cannabis material.
Juicer
The present disclosure relates to a juicer with improved juicing performance, and particularly, includes a motor housing, a drive part including a motor which is provided inside the motor housing, a connecting part which is formed with an inserting hole which is formed at one side of the motor housing and through which a rotary shaft penetrates, the rotary shaft transferring a driving force of the motor, a roller part which is detachably coupled to extend forward from the connecting part, and is provided therein to be rotatably driven by the driving force transferred from the drive part, and a hollow fastening guide which is formed in the inserting hole to improve a sealing force for the rotary shaft, thereby providing an advantage of greatly improving a juicing force of the juicer.

A food cooker comprises: a screw with crushing blades; a container that rotatably accommodates the base end of the screw; and a material guide part that is formed to extend upward from the container and includes a material input port, into which food ingredients are introduced, provided at the upper end thereof so as to guide the food ingredients, introduced through the material input port, into the container, wherein the material guide part is eccentrically disposed with respect to the container, such that one side of the material guide part is in contact with the upper side of the container, the other side of the material guide part is in contact with the side and lower sides of the container, and the lower end of the inner surface of the other side of the material guide part is formed to be deflected toward the tip of the screw.

MACHINE FOR TREATING FOOD PRODUCTS OF VEGETABLE ORIGIN FOR PRODUCING JUICE AND RELATED METHOD FOR TREATING
Machine (1) for treating a food product of vegetable origin comprising a treatment section (10) being equipped with a fixed hollow body (20), cylindrical, or conical, shaped, and a rotor (30) substantially cylindrical shaped and having a predetermined diameter ϕr, or substantially conical shaped and having a predetermined minimum diameter ϕr. The rotor (30) is mounted within of the fixed hollow body (20), is provided with a plurality of blades (35), and is operatively connected to a motor group (80) configured to cause a rotation of the rotor (30) at a predetermined rotation speed vr expressed in r.p.m.. The motor group (80) is configured to cause the rotor (30) to rotate in such a way that the product (ϕ.sub.r.Math.v.sub.r) of the diameter, or the minimum diameter, (Dr and the rotation speed vr of the rotor (30) is greater than 700000 r.p.m-mm, whereby the food product of vegetable origin is subject to a dynamic compression force, which causes a containment part of the food product to be broken and the liquid fraction, or juice.
MACHINE FOR TREATING FOOD PRODUCTS OF VEGETABLE ORIGIN FOR PRODUCING JUICE AND RELATED METHOD FOR TREATING
Machine (1) for treating a food product of vegetable origin comprising a treatment section (10) being equipped with a fixed hollow body (20), cylindrical, or conical, shaped, and a rotor (30) substantially cylindrical shaped and having a predetermined diameter ϕr, or substantially conical shaped and having a predetermined minimum diameter ϕr. The rotor (30) is mounted within of the fixed hollow body (20), is provided with a plurality of blades (35), and is operatively connected to a motor group (80) configured to cause a rotation of the rotor (30) at a predetermined rotation speed vr expressed in r.p.m.. The motor group (80) is configured to cause the rotor (30) to rotate in such a way that the product (ϕ.sub.r.Math.v.sub.r) of the diameter, or the minimum diameter, (Dr and the rotation speed vr of the rotor (30) is greater than 700000 r.p.m-mm, whereby the food product of vegetable origin is subject to a dynamic compression force, which causes a containment part of the food product to be broken and the liquid fraction, or juice.
DEVICE INTEGRATING CRUSHING, PULPING AND ENZYME DEACTIVATION OF FRUITS
The invention relates to a device integrating crushing, pulping and enzyme deactivation of fruits, comprising a spiral feeder, a crashing cavity and a drive motor. The spiral feeder is disposed above the crushing cavity. The crushing cavity consists of an inner crushing cavity and an outer crushing cavity. The inner crushing cavity is internally provided with crushing blades and a comb-like cylindrical stator. The crushing blades are formed with a plurality of steam outlets. The outer crushing cavity is internally provided with a ring steam pipe. The ring steam pipe is also formed with steam outlets on the lower side. The outer crushing cavity is provided with a discharge hole. The device integrating crushing, pulping and enzyme deactivation of fruits completes enzyme deactivation and pulping at the same time, has a large production capacity and a high efficiency, and can meet requirements of industrial production.
