A method and device are provided for positioning a mounted camera. The device includes a holding element that secures the mounted camera to the device, a wireless linkage at which remote attitude commands representing attitude changes of a remote driver are received, a local controller that interprets the remote attitude commands and generates local attitude commands that move the camera to mimic an orientation of the remote driver, and an attitude sensing element that senses a local attitude of the device. The attitude sensing element includes a gyro, an accelerometer, or a magnetometer, and jitter present in the remote attitude commands is removed and not passed on to the local attitude commands.

LIFTING DEVICE

A lifting device of a display, is provided. The lifting device includes a stationary member, a lifting member, and an elastic module. The stationary member is suitable for being fixed to a vertical plane. The lifting member is slidably connected to the stationary member. The lifting member is suitable for being fixed to a back portion of the display. The lifting member is suitable for sliding relative to the stationary member between a first position and a second position lower than the first position. The elastic module is coupled between the stationary member and the lifting member. The elastic module is suitable for exerting a pulling force opposite to a gravity direction on the lifting member.

A lifting device is provided. The lifting device includes a stationary member, a lifting member, positioning bases, reels, and springs. The lifting member is slidably coupled to the stationary member. The lifting member is fixed to a back portion of the display. The positioning bases are disposed on the stationary member and the lifting member. The reels are pivoted on the positioning bases. The springs are wound around the reels and connected to the other of the stationary member and the lifting member relative to the positioning bases. When the display or the lifting member is subjected to an applied force toward a sliding direction, the lifting member slides toward the sliding direction relative to the stationary member. The springs stretched by the lifting member generate an elastic force, so that the lifting member and the display no longer subjected to a force stay at a height position after sliding.

A secure accessory mounting track may comprise an elongated body with a tee-slot formed into the body. At least one end of the tee-slot terminates in an angled slot that may allow entry of device attachment hardware, but which will not permit the device attachment hardware to escape from the track when a device attached to the track is loosened only enough to adjust the position of a device. This fully secures the device along the entire length of the track, even when adjusting the position of the device. Attachment of the device may be achieved by fully tightening the attachment hardware to clamp a retaining flange between the hardware and the device. Removal of the device may require the attachment hardware to be loosened farther than what would be required for adjusting the position of the device.

A rail securing mechanism comprises an outer wall portion and an inner wall portion, the outer wall portion and inner wall portion configured to retain a portion of a rail; a recess between the outer wall portion and the inner wall portion; and a rail securing assembly at least partially disposed between the outer wall portion and the inner wall portion. The rail securing assembly comprises a medial bar at least partially disposed within the recess; a tightening bolt; one or more outer wedge pieces; and one or more inner wedge pieces disposed between the one or more outer wedge pieces and the medial bar. Rotating the tightening bolt causes at least one of the one or more outer wedge pieces or inner wedge pieces to protrude from the recess into a space between the outer wall portion and the inner wall portion.

Track System For Image Capture Devices

A track system for image capture devices is utilized to shoot fast action at high frame rates for smooth slow motion playback. The results are visual impressions of detaching time and space of viewers from that of their visible subject. The system includes a track, a carriage, a handle, a first retractor, and a release mechanism. The release mechanism includes a trigger, actuator, and a pin. When the user is ready to capture fast action images and/or videos of the target subject, the user pulls the trigger, which in communication with the actuator which causes the pin to disengage from a pin aperture. In turn, the carriage is released to slide along the track.
