SUSPENDED AUTONOMOUS CARRIER FOR END-EFFECTOR DEVICE
20210155459 · 2021-05-27 ·

In a cable-driven three-dimensional crane system, an end-effector is moved within an operating volume defined by dynamically shifting draw points. Winch assemblies pull the end-effector toward the respective draw points. Each winch assembly includes a cable router that manages travel of its drive cable through the associated draw point. Cable length encoders determine the effective length of each drive cable, from which one method of end-effector position calculations can be made. Draw point angle trackers assess the instantaneous lateral and vertical angles of each drive cable as it vectors away from its draw point toward the carrier from which another method of end-effector position calculations can be made as well as enabling self-calibration techniques. Sensitive mechanical and electrical components are sheltered in heated enclosures that wipe debris from the drive cable and track with its changing position. Multi-zone applications allow sharing of winch assemblies.

System for mounting, accessing, moving and folding away articles on, under or along a surface
10959515 · 2021-03-30 · ·

It is the objective of the present invention to create additional functional, flexible and accessible work and storage area in the home, office, workshop, automobile, medical and industrial environments by providing means to firmly and securely mount, store and access articles such as appliances (e.g., flat panel video displays/monitors, can openers, weighing scales) and organizing/storage vessels (e.g., spice racks, first aid kits, sewing boxes, knife blocks, tool kits) on downwardly facing surfaces, such as the underside of cabinets and shelves, and on vertical surfaces (such as cabinet doors and frames) and by enhancing access to those articles on horizontal surfaces such as countertops. The invention performs its functions using a small number of readily manufacturable, modular, standardized components. The invention also performs its functions maximizing adjustability, reliability, use of available space and ease and flexibility of installation.

Self-suspended monitor

The present invention relates to monitors. In order to facilitate mounting a monitor, a suspendable monitor (10) is provided for a ceiling suspended monitor system. The suspendable monitor comprises a video display (12), a structural frame (14), and a system interface (16). The video display is mounted to a front surface (18) of the structural frame. The system interface is mounted to the structural frame at one end and mountable to the ceiling suspended monitor system at the other end for suspending the suspendable monitor.

SYSTEM FOR MOUNTING CAMERA EQUIPMENT

A modular bridging system comprises a channel configured to receive a portion of an elongate rail, the channel being configured to receive the elongate rail substantially perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of the modular bridging system; a rail fastener securing the received rail within the channel; a leg receiver configured to receive an elongate leg section; and a leg fastener securing the received leg section such that the received leg section and the elongate rail are configurable to be temporarily affixed in place in relation to each other, wherein a securing point of the fastener is adjustable along a plurality of points along each leg section.

BELT TRANSMISSION MECHANISM WITH IMPROVED RIGIDITY
20210062896 · 2021-03-04 ·

A belt transmission mechanism with improved rigidity comprises a pedestal, a sliding base, a driving unit, a positioning belt, and a transmission belt. The sliding base is disposed on the pedestal, and reciprocatively moves along a linear direction. The driving unit is disposed on the sliding base. The positioning belt and the transmission belt are disposed on the pedestal and comprise a gear rack, respectively. A detouring section of the transmission belt is separated from the positioning belt, and transmissibly meshed with the driving wheel of the driving unit. When the driving wheel rotates, the detouring section is driven to continuously shift on the transmission belt, and the sliding base is simultaneously driven to slide on the pedestal along the linear direction. Thus, a combination of the positioning belt and the transmission belt achieves an improved rigidity.

POSITIONING APPARATUS FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO IMAGING AND RECORDING AND SYSTEM UTILIZING THE SAME
