Monitoring System Mount
A mounting device for a monitoring sensor that can be affixed to any wall, or walls, or ceiling or ceilings or ceilings and walls, and can be affixed to any corner or any wall-ceiling interface regardless of the included angle. The invention has four different mounting assemblies for different mounting locations and different sizes of monitoring sensors. Each of the four mounting assemblies is available in a single orifice design and a multiple orifice design. Each embodiment shares the same attachment method of a ferro-magnetic mounting plate to a magnetic mount, each with double faced adhesive tape on one of their faces. The mounting plates are affixed to the building structure with the double sided tape and the magnetic mount is affixed to the monitoring sensor with double sided tape.
Projector with embedded electric suspension arm
A projector includes a main body, sub-body having an optical engine system, and a telescopic electric suspension arm, of which a first end is fixed in the main body, and a second end is connected to the sub-body. When the electric suspension arm retracts, the projector is in a closed position, where the sub-body and the electric suspension arm are both placed in the main body; and when the electric suspension arm extends, the projector is in an open position, and the sub-body moves out from the main body.
BRAKE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR SUSPENSIONS
A medical device assembly including a support member, a first arm rotatably connected to the support member at a first rotary axis, a second arm rotatably connected to the first arm at a second rotary axis, and a medical unit connected to an end of the second arm opposite the first arm. The first arm is prevented from rotating about the first rotary axis when the first arm and the second arm are substantially aligned. The first arm and/or the second arm can also be prevented from rotating to prevent the medical device assembly from abutting against an obstacle.
Overhead support for viewing media
An overhead support includes a transparent structure to support a visual medium for display to a supine viewer. The support is suspended from a ceiling over a location where the viewer wishes to recline. The support includes a positioning mechanism for easily adjusting the height of the visual medium above the viewer. In an embodiment, the positioning mechanism has a lock for fixing the height. In another embodiment, the support includes a light source. In another embodiment, the support includes an optical prescription.
ARRANGEMENT FOR PROTECTING CABLES AND LINES IN C-ARMS, AND XRAY IMAGING APPARATUS
A system for protecting cables and lines is provided. The system includes a telescopic C-arm and a cable carrier. The telescopic C-arm includes an outer C-arm, an inner C-arm, an outer carriage, and an inner carriage. The outer C-arm, on an outer surface of the outer C-arm, is arranged in a displaceable manner along the outer carriage. The inner C-arm, on an outer surface of the inner C-arm, is arranged in a fixed or displaceable manner on the inner carriage. The inner carriage is arranged in a displaceable manner along an inner surface of the outer C-arm. The cable carrier connects the outer carriage and the inner carriage. The cable carrier accommodates the cables and the lines and is configured to move freely between the outer C-arm and the inner C-arm.
NOVEL SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SUPPORTING SUSPENDED ITEMS
Supporting assemblies for supporting a suspended load and processes relating thereto are described. An exemplar supporting assembly includes: (i) an area-narrowing feature including a first inner surface defining a first aperture; (ii) a main tube including an interior-main surface defining a cavity having disposed therewithin the area-narrowing feature; (iii) an area-expanding feature including a second outer surface; and (iv) a telescoping rod including an outer-telescoping surface having disposed thereon the area-expanding feature. In an assembled state of the supporting assembly, the outer-telescoping surface slidably passes through and establishes a first frictional contact with the first inner surface, and the second outer surface slidably engages and establishes a second frictional contact with the interior-main surface. In this configuration, the area-narrowing feature and the area-expanding feature facilitate slidable engagement of the telescoping rod to expand out of or retract inside, without decoupling from, the main tube.
Trapeze hanger system including twist-locking fitting
A twist-locking fitting for securing a strut to a rod includes first and second fitting pieces. Each fitting piece includes a half-nut portion having an interior surface defining an axis extending through first and second axial ends of the half-nut portion. Each fitting piece includes an outer flange extending outward from adjacent the first axial end of the half-nut portion and an inner flange extending outward from adjacent the second axial end of the half-nut portion. The inner flange is spaced axially apart from the outer flange to define a clearance gap. The fitting pieces are positionable on the strut in an unsecured position in which the fitting pieces are movable relative to one another. The fitting pieces are rotatable relative to the strut to move from the unsecured position to a secured position, in which the fitting pieces are fixed relative to one another on the strut.
SHOWER FALL PREVENTION DEVICE
A device may be provided for preventing fatal bathroom accidents relating to falls. Such a shower fall prevention device may be attached to a fixing point on a ceiling of a shower and may have two arm pit hooks pivotably connected to the fixing point. It may further comprise a rod connected between the fixing point and a bar, where arm pit hooks may be connected on right and left ends of the bar. The device may further comprise a strong rubber band or an extendable and retractable belt, connected between the fixing point and the rod. The device may further comprise a handle next to the rod and connected to the bar via an extension of a free end of one of the arm pit hooks, and may further comprise a cushion formed on an extension of a free end of one of the arm pit hooks.
FREE KICK DISTANCE PROJECTING DEVICE
Device (1) for showing a marking (A) in the form of a distance to be observed between a game apparatus (15), in particular a football, and participants on a playing field (22) of a sports facility (2), having a display device (3) for projecting light beams (L) representing the marking (A) onto the playing field (22), wherein the projected light beams (L) display the distance to be observed and can be projected in the shape of a circle, at least in sections, in particular at a distance of 9.15 m around the game apparatus (15) on the playing field (22), wherein the display device (3) is jointly movable with a transport device (8) that is movable above the sports facility (2).
Combinable hanger apparatus
An extendable hanger apparatus to which or through which an electrical feed can be connected includes a support base, the support base has a containing groove and at least one support posts. Locating devices and a fastening component are provided on the containing groove, the locating devices configured to fixing the support base on a fixed structure, and fastening components are installed at the two end portions of the support base. The fastening components are configured to enable chaining, and the support post has a support component, the support component is configured to connect with an object for hanging.
