MOBILE DEVICE HOLDER
20220060209 · 2022-02-24 ·

A mobile device holder that can be used to mount mobile electronic devices, such as a smartphone to the thigh of a user. The mobile device holder includes a wrap member that wraps and secures to the thigh. A mounting member coupled to the wrap member, an elongated shaft removably mounted to the mounting member, two or more gimbals connect a gripper to the shaft. the gripper can clamp the mobile electronic device, wherein the shaft and the gimbals can be maneuvered for the desired view angle.

HINGE ASSEMBLY WITH COMPRESSIBLE SLEEVE
20170298982 · 2017-10-19 ·

Examples disclosed herein relate to a hinge assembly with a compressible sleeve. In one example, a base member is coupled to an upright member via a hinge assembly. In an example, the hinge assembly include a first securing member, a second securing member including a shaft coupled to the first securing member; a compressible sleeve to engage the shaft, and a spring coupled to the first securing member. In an example, the spring is to engage the compressible sleeve and apply a compressive force on the sleeve in response to a rotational movement of the hinge assembly in a first direction and reduce a compressive force when the hinge assembly is rotated in a second direction.

DEVICE WITH A ROTATABLE DISPLAY

The description relates to devices, such as computing devices having displays that can be rotated through a range of travel. The device can counter-balance the display to create a near weightless feel for the user when repositioning the display.

WALL-HANG APPARATUS AND DISPLAY DEVICE
20170299114 · 2017-10-19 ·

The present disclosure provides a wall-hang apparatus and a display device. The wall-hang apparatus includes a base, a wall plate, and at least one bracket, wherein the base is fixedly connected with a wall, the wall plate is hinged with the base through a swivel, the swivel is vertically projected onto the wall, and the at least one bracket is fixedly connected with a backside of a display device body and is hitched to the wall plate. After the display device is hung on the wall through the wall-hang apparatus according to the present disclosure, the display device body can be swiveled leftward and rightward around the swivel to thereby provide an operating user with a larger room of conveniently inserting a line while lowering the risk of the display device body falling out of the wall-hang apparatus.

STAND EQUIPPED WITH COUNTERBALANCE UNIT

A stand includes first to fourth links, first to fourth joints, a front link, first to fifth extension links, and first to fourth extension joints. The first to fourth links are arranged in a parallelogram configuration, wherein the first and third links are arranged on opposite sides and the second and fourth joints are arranged in a diagonal direction. The front link extends from the first link. The first extension link is rotatably connected to the second joint. The second extension link is rotatably connected to the first extension joint. The third extension link is rotatably connected to the second extension joint. The fourth extension link is arranged between the third extension joint and the fourth extension joint. The fifth extension link is arranged between the first joint and the second extension joint. The first, fourth, and fifth extension links are in parallel with one another.

Counterweight arm mechanism
09791136 · 2017-10-17 ·

A counterweight arm mechanism having an adjustable dragline tension system capable of adjusting tension; the system comprising a dragline, an extension spring, and a dragline adjustment mechanism; the dragline adjustment mechanism adjusted the overall length of the dragline as a function of the rotation angle of a counterweight arm; the dragline length adjustment mechanism being implemented according to the two legs of a right-angled ΔABC and the property of a+b=2√2R sin(A+π/4); when the counterweight arm rotates, the mechanical structure can be used to drive the vertex of the right angle of the right-angled ΔABC to rotate along with the counterweight arm, and synchronously move in line with the circumcircle of the right-angled ΔABC, thus the tension on the counterweight arm from the adjustable dragline tension system changes with the rotation angle of the counterweight arm.

Load balancing arm for medical device support system

A load balancing arm for a medical device support system. The load balancing arm includes a proximal hub, an adjustable bearing element, a support arm, a spring and a link. A distal end of the support arm is configured to support a medical device load and a proximal end is pivotably mounted to a main bearing element for pivotable movement about a main pivot axis. The spring extends within a cavity of the support arm and is mounted to exert a biasing force between the main pivot axis and a distal end of the spring. The link has a proximal end pivotably mounted to the adjustable bearing element for pivotable movement about an adjustable pivot axis, and a distal end pivotably mounted to the distal end of the spring such that the biasing force exerted by the spring is transmitted through the link to the adjustable bearing element.
