DISPLAY MOUNTING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A display mounting system including a support column, a moving bracket, an arm assembly, and a tilt assembly is described. The display mounting system includes one or more display attachment brackets to support one or more electronic displays. The display mounting system is used to hold one or more electronic displays over a work surface or in front of a wall, and it allows the user of the display mounting system to easily change the orientation of one or more electronic displays according to user's preferences.
Height adjustable platforms and associated mechanisms
A mobile workstation can include a head unit assembly. A worksurface can be coupled to the head unit assembly and configured to translate with respect to the head unit assembly between an open configuration and a closed configuration. A glide can be rotatably coupled to the head unit assembly and engaged with the worksurface. The glide can include a latch configured to translate with respect to a glide body of the glide. The mobile workstation can include a worksurface opening mechanism having a locking configuration and an unlocking configuration. The worksurface opening mechanism can include a latch release handle moveably coupled to the head unit assembly. Movement of the latch release handle can transition the worksurface opening mechanism between the locked configuration and the unlocked configuration. A release assembly can selectively engage with the first latch. A lift system can bias the worksurface away from the head unit assembly.
Drop down support for container and container including drop down support
A support device for a container holding various items and a container including a support device. The support device includes a top section, a base section and a pair of foldable strut assemblies connected diagonally between the top section and the base section. The top section either forms a portion of the container or the container is mounted on the top section. Each strut assembly includes a pair of legs pivotably connected together and configured to automatically pivot to an extended position when the support device is held above a support surface and a release mechanism actuated, whereupon the base section drops with respect to the top section into engagement with the support surface. A biasing mechanism is provided to assist in pivoting the legs to the extended position and holding the legs in that position.
DISPLAY POSITIONING APPARATUS AND METHOD
Embodiments of the invention include an apparatus for positioning an electronic display. The apparatus can be combined with an existing work surface to provide a multi-position workstation. In some cases the apparatus includes a mounting portion configured to support an electronic display and a keyboard. The mounting portion may be movable with respect to the work surface between multiple positions, including for example, a sitting position and a standing position. Methods for positioning an electronic display and a keyboard are also included.
Locking release mechanism for an articulated support arm
Various embodiments concern locking release mechanisms that allow an articulated support arm to be moved between various vertical orientations. A locking release mechanism may include a handle release mechanism positioned within the handle of the articulated support arm, and a gas spring release mechanism positioned within the body of the articulated support arm. The articulated support arm can include a gas spring that remains locked until the handle release mechanism is activated, e.g. by applying pressure to a grip actuator. Other embodiments concern cable management techniques for articulated support arms. Oftentimes, an articulated support arm will include cables routed through the arm that are configured to support an attachment. For example, the cable(s) may be adapted for audio signals, video signals, power, etc. The cable(s) can be readily cleaned and/or serviced when routed through an articulated support arm composed of one or more removable pieces.
Devices for the support of tools
A positionable tool support device is mounted near a work surface for supporting a tool for a user. The tool support device includes a surface mount to secure the tool support device to a support surface. A gravity-balancing articulated arm assembly is coupled to and extends from the surface mount. The gravity-balancing articulated arm assembly is selectively adjustable about both vertical and horizontal axes. A rigid support extension is coupled to the gravity-balancing articulated arm assembly for selective rotation relative to the gravity-balancing articulated arm assembly. A flexible tensile member is coupled to and extends, in a relaxed state, vertically downward from the rigid support extension. The tensile member is coupled to the tool.
Display mounting system and method
A display mounting system including a support column, a moving bracket, an arm assembly, and a tilt assembly is described. The display mounting system includes one or more display attachment brackets to support one or more electronic displays. The display mounting system is used to hold one or more electronic displays over a worksurface or in front of a wall, and it allows the user of the display mounting system to easily change the orientation of one or more electronic displays according to user's preferences.
COMPRESSION SPRING ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a compression spring assembly for a hay rake. The compression spring assembly has a rod that slidably receives a first stop, a compression spring, and a second stop. A limiter assembly is connected to the rod and has a limiting member that is received through a guide of a guide assembly that is connected to the rod. The guide encompasses the limiting member.
ELASTIC TELESCOPIC MODULE AND AN ELEVATING DEVICE USING THE SAME
An elevating device comprises a base, a support on the base, an elastic telescopic module on the support, and an adapter connected with the elastic telescopic module. The elastic telescopic module comprises a first frame body with a first accommodating space therein for positioning a first constant-force spring, and a second frame body with a second accommodating space therein for positioning a second constant-force spring. The second frame body has an top end located beneath the first frame body's bottom end, the first constant-force spring has one end passing out of the first accommodating space and fixed onto the bottom end of the second frame body, while the second constant-force spring has one end passing out of the second accommodating space and fixed onto the top end of the first frame body, so that the first and second frame body are moved in a reverse direction.
Arm Linkage for Device Bearing Spring Arms
A fixed positioning mechanism for a spring arm of a pendant system comprises a base link, a load link, and a transfer link. The base link and transfer link share a first pivot. The load link comprises a fine load adjustment adjacent the first pivot. A second pivot at the fine load adjustment. The transfer link comprises a slidable rod assembly having a first end and a second end, a spring situated over the rod assembly, and a third pivot mounted on the first end. The load link comprises a curved or offset body such that rotation of the transfer link below horizontal allows the base link to intersect a plane defined by the second and third pivot.
