DISPLAY POSITIONING APPARATUS AND METHOD
Embodiments of the invention include an apparatus for positioning an electronic display. The apparatus can be combined with an existing work surface to provide a multi-position workstation. In some cases the apparatus includes a mounting portion configured to support an electronic display and a keyboard. The mounting portion may be movable with respect to the work surface between multiple positions, including for example, a sitting position and a standing position. Methods for positioning an electronic display and a keyboard are also included.
Monitor, display device thereof, and monitoring system
The display device may include a display unit and a support unit. The display unit is used for displaying patient-end parameter information. The support unit comprises an adapter cover and a rotating unit connected onto the adapter cover. The display unit is fastened and connected onto the adapter cover in a way that allows rotation relative to the rotating unit. The monitor comprises: a master control unit and the display unit, where the master control unit is connected to a patient end via at least one cable, and the display unit is detachably connected to the master control unit. With the implementation of the monitor, the display device thereof, and the monitoring system, the display unit rotates and switches while the position of the connecting cable of the master control unit remains unchanged; corresponding marker display areas and alarm light display areas are lit up after rotating and switching in order to taking into consideration habits of a user.
Medical multi-link boom
A suspension arm assembly including at least three horizontally aligned members relatively rotatable about each other. Each adjacent pair of members are connected to each other by a joint. At least one conduit extends along the at least three horizontally aligned members, with the at least one conduit being routed horizontally along the horizontally aligned members and not being located within a periphery of the at least three horizontally aligned members.
Audio microphone stand
A device for holding an audio microphone is disclosed. The microphone holding device includes a base section having a base plate connected to a riser block that engages with a tube of a microphone holding section to enable rotation of the microphone holding section from a horizontal orientation to a vertical orientation. The device also includes an expander shaft section including an expander shaft coupled at one end with the tube and at another end with base plate. The expander shaft expands from a compressed shaft to an expanded shaft when the microphone holding section rotates from the horizontal orientation to the vertical orientation to assist in holding the microphone holding section in the vertical orientation.

Desk lift mechanism and variable height desk including the same
A desk lift mechanism includes: a base mounting bracket configured for mounting to a desk; a plurality of parallel arms pivotably coupled to the base mounting bracket; a desktop mounting bracket pivotably coupled to distal ends of the parallel arms; a spring connected between a proximal end of one of the parallel arms and the base mounting bracket; and a strut connected between the proximal end of the one of the parallel arms and the base mounting bracket. The strut being configured to restrain movement of the parallel arms in a downward direction.
Arm linkage for device bearing spring arms
A fixed positioning mechanism for a spring arm of a pendant system comprises a base link, a load link, and a transfer link. The base link and transfer link share a first pivot. The load link comprises a fine load adjustment adjacent the first pivot. A second pivot at the fine load adjustment. The transfer link comprises a slidable rod assembly having a first end and a second end, a spring situated over the rod assembly, and a third pivot mounted on the first end. The load link comprises a curved or offset body such that rotation of the transfer link below horizontal allows the base link to intersect a plane defined by the second and third pivot.
FALL ARRESTER DEVICE FOR A MEDICAL CARRYING SYSTEM, CARRYING SYSTEM FOR A PIECE OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, METHOD FOR ATTACHING A FALL ARRESTER DEVICE TO A CARRYING SYSTEM
The invention relates to a fall arrester device (20) for a carrier system (10) for preferably movably holding at least one medical equipment, comprising at least one carrier device which has at least one critical point (12), and comprising at least one elongate securing part (22), wherein the carrier device has a first through-opening (24) in a first region (14) which is spaced apart from the critical point (12), and a second through-opening (26) in a second region (16) which is opposite to the first region with respect to the critical point (12) and is spaced apart from the critical point, wherein the securing part (22) is routed through both through-openings (24, 26), and the fall arrester device (20) comprises a first blocking element (28) which is fastened to a first end of the securing part (22), and a second blocking element (30) which is fastened to a second end of the securing part (22) which is opposite to the first end of the securing part (22), wherein the two blocking elements (28, 30) are arranged in a way that the securing part (22) is blocked from sliding out of the two through-openings (24, 26).
