GREASE GUN
A grease gun comprising a body having first and second chambers, first and second pistons within those first and second chambers, primary and secondary grease channels, a grease outlet and an actuator, is provided. Actuation of the actuator by a user causes first and second pistons to move within first and second chambers. The body may further comprise a pressure sensitive spool which allows the grease gun to move from a high flow/low pressure operation to a high pressure/low flow operation when there is a grease blockage that causes an increase in the pressure in the body.

LUBRICANT DISPENSER SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A fitting for a lubrication point of a device to be lubricated and a connector for removably connecting to such fitting to provide a lubricant from a lubrication device via the fitting to the device to be lubricated are disclosed. The fitting comprises an integrated circuit for providing an identification code to identify the fitting, and a first electrical contact for establishing an electrical path between the integrated circuit and a processor of the connector when a connection between the fitting and the connector is established. The connector comprises the processor and a second electrical contact for establishing the electrical path. The integrated circuit is adapted for transmitting data, including the identification code, via the first electrical contact to the processor.
Applicator and Method for Applying a Lubricant/Sealer
A lubricant/sealer dispenser is disclosed for a component press-in system that includes a pressurized lubricant/sealer reservoir filled with lubricant/sealer. A nozzle is supplied with lubricant/sealer from the reservoir and includes an offset tip formed of PTFE that is enclosed in a steel tube. A controller controls a motor that rotates the nozzle within an opening in a part at a selected depth. The motor rotates the nozzle about a fixed axis and follows an inner surface of the opening as the part is moved by a robot relative to the nozzle in a selected pattern. The nozzle applies the lubricant/sealer by applying the lubricant/sealer onto the inner surface of the opening.
Grease Gun Mounting Assembly
A grease gun mounting assembly for mounting a grease gun to a piece of equipment requiring routine greasing includes a connector, which has engaged thereto a first tube and a second tube with the first tube and the second tube being substantially parallel. The first tube is sized for insertion of a grease gun into an upper end thereof. The second tube is sized for insertion of a hose extending from the grease gun. The connector is engageable to an object, such as a piece of equipment requiring routine greasing, so that the first tube and the second tube are selectively engageable to the object. The grease gun and the hose can be inserted into the first tube and the second tube, respectively, for mounting the grease gun and the hose to the object.

Grease gun and cartridge unit
A grease gun, in one preferred embodiment, wherein the grease containing portion of the cartridge consists principally of transparent plastic material, wherein the cartridge stands alone without a surrounding supporting metal barrel, wherein the cartridge has an air vented bottom end and an open top end which is non-removably fixed to the grease inlet portion of a pumping head, wherein the pumping head body including the pumping handles is composed of a single plastic molding, wherein the cartridge has no pressurizing spring and piston and no grease compression rod, wherein ambient air pressure is utilized to load the head, wherein valving structures in the head are molded of plastic material, wherein the valving structures are positioned in the head to allow self priming of the pumping structure, and whereby the gun components are easy to assemble, are light weight, and are easy to use.
