Lubrication module for a turbomachine lubrication station
Lubrication module for at least one lubrication station of a turbomachine, the lubrication module comprising at least one positive displacement pump including a pump body delimiting a main chamber configured to be in fluid communication with a main lubrication circuit and an auxiliary chamber configured to be in fluid communication with an auxiliary lubrication circuit, and a piston movably mounted in the pump body between an inactive configuration and an active configuration, the piston being configured to perform, in the active configuration, a pumping movement between a top dead center and a bottom dead center by cooperation with a cam of a shaft of the turbomachine and, in the inactive configuration, not to cooperate with the cam of the shaft of the turbomachine, the positive displacement pump including a return element configured to return the piston to the active configuration.
OIL SYSTEM WITH CLOG RESISTANT OIL FILTER
Systems are provided for an oil system including a filter with a large surface area. In one example, a system may include an oil filter with a prismatic shape. This shape may include a filter surface area greater than an inlet area of an oil port and the filter surface area may also be located a distance away from the oil port.
LUBRICATOR PUMP ADJUSTER
A lubricator pump adjuster for use with a lubricator pump having a piston housed in a pump body and a rocker connected to the piston. The lubricator pump adjuster comprises a mounting fitting attachable to the pump body and a housing disposed on the mounting fitting. An actuator is disposed in the housing and connectable to the rocker, whereby activation of the actuator causes the rocker to move, thereby adjusting the stroke of the piston. The actuator is a rotary actuator with an output shaft. The lubricator pump adjuster includes a cam faced member attached to the output shaft, and a plunger in contact with the cam faced member that is connectable to the rocker. The cam faced member may include a spiral-ramped surface.

OIL INJECTION APPARATUS
An oil injection apparatus includes: a storage unit extruding lubricating oil through an ejection hole formed at a lower end thereof; a discharge unit communicating with the storage through the ejection hole and discharging the lubricating oil outside according to a pumping operation; a plurality of discharge pumps arranged at regular intervals in a circumferential direction of the discharge unit and having respective first ends disposed in the discharge unit; and a driving unit rotating in a direction to sequentially press the first ends of the discharge pumps, which are disposed in the discharge unit, thereby causing the discharge pumps to perform the pumping operation in turn.

LUBRICATION PUMP
A lubrication pump includes a housing defining a bore, an adjustable cylinder sleeve within the bore, and a piston slidably movable within the bore along a longitudinal axis of the bore. A connector may be drivingly interposed between a cam and the piston for driving the piston in reciprocating axial motion. The connector may have a coupling for engaging the piston, which may enable rotational engagement between the connector and the piston. The connector may have a roller for bearing engagement with the cam, which may enable the connector to rotate about the longitudinal axis relative to the housing as the connector moves axially within the bore. The cam may be laterally displaceable relative to the connector. The cylinder sleeve may be adjustable relative to the piston for varying lubricant fluid output flow. The cylinder sleeve and corresponding piston may be interchangeably disposed in the housing.

Oil pump
The present invention relates to an oil pump for use in and attached to a device (e.g., chain saw) having an oil-supplied portion requiring an oil supply. An oil pump supplies lubricating oil to a guide groove of a guide bar in such a manner that a plunger having a gear portion meshing with a drive worm provided on a chain saw reciprocally moves in a pump body while rotating. Two guide pins for positioning an oil pump when attaching the oil pump to a chain saw body are provided on an attachment surface of the pump body to the chain saw body. The two guide pins are spaced apart in an axial direction of the plunger, each disposed on a centerline of a transverse cross section of the plunger.
