CONTROL BLOCK FOR A LUBRICATION SYSTEM, AND A LUBRICATION SYSTEM
A control block (1) for a lubrication system has a main body (2) with at least one inlet port (4) and at least one outlet port (6). A primary connecting line (8) fluidically connects the inlet port (4) to the outlet port (6). The main body (2) has at least one return port (10). A relief valve (12), in an open state, opens a connection between the primary connecting line (8) and the return port (10), and, in a closed state, builds up pressure in the primary connecting line (8), for lubricant to be conveyed to the at least one lubrication point via the outlet port (6). The relief valve (12) changes from a closed state to an open state when the pressure in the primary connecting line (8) exceeds a predefined pressure value.
System for distributing semisolid lubricant and method of controlling such a system
A system for distributing semisolid lubricant, including a semisolid lubricant tank and a high pressure pumping system that intermittently feeds, during a lubrication cycle, at least one first duct, the at least one first duct feeding a plurality of distributors adapted to sort the semisolid lubricant to a plurality of users; a controlled suction/delivery device, fluidly associated with the first duct, for controlled suction/delivery of a part of the semisolid lubricant conveyed by the first duct. The controlled suction/delivery device configured to suck a volume of semisolid lubricant from the first duct during a step of inactivity of the pumping system on the first duct, and to introduce the previously suctioned semisolid lubricant in the first duct during a step of activity of the pumping system on the first duct.
OIL CONSOLE DEVICE AND ROTATING MACHINE LUBRICATION SYSTEM
This oil console device (24) is provided with: an oil tank (40) which recovers and stores lubricating oil which has lubricated a bearing portion supporting a rotating body; a pressure reducing fan (71) which is coupled to the oil tank (40) and which reduces the pressure inside the oil tank (40) such that the pressure becomes a negative pressure; an oil mist separator (50) which is provided on the oil tank (40) side of the pressure reducing fan (71) and which captures lubricating oil that has become a mist; and, on the downstream side of the pressure reducing fan (71), a exhaust unit (63s) which vents gas in the oil tank (40) to the outside.

An apparatus comprising: a flywheel; a shaft; a bearing arrangement for supporting the shaft; a sealing arrangement; and a housing for housing the flywheel, the shaft, the bearing arrangement and the sealing arrangement, wherein the flywheel is mounted on the shaft, the sealing arrangement is mounted between the shaft and the housing, and the bearing arrangement is mounted both to the shaft, between the flywheel and the sealing arrangement, and to the housing; and wherein the sealing arrangement comprises a pair of seals that are configured to extend circumferentially around the shaft, the seals being arranged to form a hermetic seal against the shaft to hermetically seal the housing.
