SHAFT LUBRICATION SYSTEM
A lubrication system may include a lubricant pump configured to dispense lubricant, a motor mechanically coupled to the lubricant pump, and a lubricant sensor configured to sense an amount of lubricant dispensed by the lubricant pump and transmit sensor data associated with a sensed amount of the dispensed lubricant. The lubrication system may include a controller coupled to the lubricant sensor and the motor, the controller including one or more processors configured to execute a set of program instructions stored in a memory, the set of program instructions configured to cause the one or more processors to: receive an operation signal associated with the well pump, wherein the operation signal is transmitted to the controller when the well pump is activated, cause the motor to operate upon receiving the operation signal, receive the sensor data; and cause a change in a rate of the motor based on the sensor data.
DENTAL HANDPIECE OILING MACHINE
A dental handpiece oiling machine includes a lubricating oil delivery circuit, a gas delivery circuit, and an atomizer. The atomizer is respectively connected to the lubricating oil delivery circuit and the gas delivery circuit and includes a gas acceleration structure used for sharply accelerating gas from the gas delivery circuit to form a high-speed gas flow and an atomization structure used for atomizing lubricating oil from the lubricating oil delivery circuit under the action of the high-speed gas flow to form oil mist which is delivered to dental handpieces. Since lubricating oil is broken into mist-like particles by the high-speed gas flow, oil and gas are sufficiently mixed, sufficient lubrication can be realized merely with a small amount of oil, and environmental pollution is greatly reduced; and an oil pump is not needed, so the dental handpiece oiling machine has a simple structure and a long service life.
Portable class-II lubrication device
The present disclosure relates to a portable Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) class-II lubrication device comprising: at least one class-II power supply; at least one electric motor controller powered by the at least one power supply; at least one electric motor controlled by the at least one motor controller; at least one pump activated by the at least one electric motor and connected to at least one lubricant container, the pump configured to pump a lubricant from the at least one container to at least one target to be lubricated, wherein an output voltage of the at least one power supply and an output voltage of the at least one motor controller and an operating voltage of the at least one motor is equal to or less than 50 Volts AC or 120 Volts DC.
