Steam trap monitoring system, pipe collection device, and steam trap unit
A steam trap monitoring system includes: a steam trap; an opening/closing valve for opening/closing a channel to the steam trap, the opening/closing valve being located on upstream side of the steam trap; a sensor for detecting one or more physical quantities; and an analysis unit for analyzing detection information from the sensor. In this steam trap monitoring system, the analysis unit is configured to analyze both a functional state of the steam trap and a functional state of the opening/closing valve, based on detection information from the single sensor.
Sensor fixation device
[Task] To provide a sensor fixation device capable of preventing loss of mount nuts. [Solution] A mount body 130 of a sensor fixation device 100 in a mount state includes a first side wall 133a and a second side wall 133b which face with each other at the other end, which are perpendicular to a trap opening axis JT. The first side wall 133a includes a first mount nut retaining opening 133a1, and the second side wall 133b includes a second mount nut retaining opening 133b1. A mount nut 170 includes a nut spherical part 173 interposed between the first side wall 133a and the second side wall 133b, which has a diameter longer than the distance between the first side wall 133a and the second side wall 133b, and is configured to be engaged with a first side wall opening 133a1 and a second side wall opening 133b1. The mount nut 170 is retained integrally with the mount body 130, ensuring to prevent loss of only the mount nut 170 during the mount work.

STEAM/HOT WATER DEVICE MONITORING
Systems and methods for testing steam traps or other similar devices in a hot water or steam system are described. A tester includes a wand that is handheld that can communicate with a handheld electronic device which in turn can communicate with a central monitor for storing and compiling readings as historical profile data. The wand includes a probe to physically contact the device to acoustically sense the performance of the device. The probe includes a probe tip and a stack of acoustic elements, an electrode, a stack mass, and a head to covert the acoustic signal into an electrical signal. The handheld device includes circuitry to process the information, interact with the user, and transmit information to and from the handheld electronic device and/or the central monitor.
Process system management system, server apparatus, management program, and management method
A management system includes a map information storage unit, an association information storage unit, a map information generation unit, a display unit, and an operation unit. The map information generation unit generates display arrangement map information and display process map information for displaying an arrangement map that indicates arrangement positions and a process map that indicates a connection relationship of a plurality of system devices that constitute a process system. Also, the map information generation unit generates the display process map information in a display mode that enables other system devices associated with a designated system device to be identified, based on information stored in the association information storage unit.

Steam using facility management method, and steam using facility
A steam using facility in which a generated condensate amount changes in association with a change in an environmental state value, based on a correlation between the environmental state value and the generated condensate amount. An environmental state value when the generated condensate amount becomes a set alarm amount is set as an alarm state value. An alarm is issued when an actual environmental state value by a measuring instrument changes in an increasing direction of the generated condensate amount to reach the set alarm state value.
