Composite pressure tank identification and tracking
Disclosed is a device, system and methods for tracking conductive composite pressurized gaseous storage tanks. The system including anchoring an RFID device in a non-conductive blind boss. Wherein the anchor material has a low dielectric and has minimal reflection if RF energy.
BREATHING APPARATUS, A PRESSURE VESSEL AND ASSOCIATED METHODS OF MANUFACTURE
Disclosed is a breathing apparatus comprising a pressure vessel. The pressure vessel may comprise a composite shell formed from a plurality of fibres and a matrix comprising a resin material and graphene particles. The pressure vessel may comprise at least one permeation barrier layer comprising graphene microparticles or graphene nanoparticles provided on an outer surface of the structural shell or on an outer surface of the liner. Methods of manufacture for pressure vessels are also disclosed.
COMPOSITE HIGH-PRESSURE VESSEL AND METHOD OF ITS FABRICATION
A composite high-pressure vessel comprises a casing (1) made by blow molding a preform made of a thermoplastic material, a connection stub (3), a bottom dome (4) and a composite reinforcing coating made of a supporting braid (2) that consists of a bundle of filaments (5) embedded in resin, preferably containing nano-additives. At least one optical fiber (6) is embedded in at least one layer of the supporting braid (2), and its ends are led outside the composite reinforcing coating. The optical fiber (6) is led in a polar braid between the connection stub (3) and the bottom dome (4), at an angle of inclination to the vessel axis of 0-30. The optical fiber (6) may be additionally led in a hoop braid, with an angle a of inclination to the vessel axis of 45-90.
Apparatus and methodology for the onsite autonomous manufacturing and placement of a coiled, cannular intelligent composite structure for the high volume, localized and resilient storage of hydrogen and other gaseous and liquid media
Methods and manufactures disclosed herein generally relate to a cannular composite (ITC) structure composed of multiple layers of sealing, reinforcement, sensing, protection, and interspatial injected materials.
Reaction gas supply system
A reaction gas supply system includes a reaction chamber configured to process a substrate using a reaction gas, a mass flow controller (MFC) configured to control an amount of the reaction gas supplied to the reaction chamber, a tank between the reaction chamber and the MFC, the tank having a cylindrical inner space configured to store the reaction gas, and an outlet portion configured to discharge the reaction gas from the tank, and a valve between the tank and the reaction chamber, the outlet portion of the tank having a gradually decreasing diameter toward the valve.
PRESSURE VESSEL
A pressure vessel that is able to store fluid includes a plurality of main body portions provided with a space inside, and one or more connection portions that communicate the main body portions to each other. The main body portion and the connection portion are alternately connected in series, and the connection portions are bent. A cross section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the main body portion has an outer shape including a linear portion and an arc portion. Each of the main body portions is disposed such that an outer peripheral surface located on the linear portion is in contact with an outer peripheral surface located on the linear portion of an adjacent main body portion.
PRESSURE VESSEL
A pressure vessel in which fluid is storable includes a plurality of main body portions that each forms a space on the inside, and one or more connecting portions that each provide communication between the main body portions. The main body portion and the connecting portion are alternately connected in series and the connecting portion is bent, and a section of the main body portion perpendicular to the longitudinal direction has a substantially quadrilateral shape. The main body portion has a reinforcing member that connects a pair of surfaces facing each other in the space.
