Method and apparatus for compressing gas in a plurality of stages to a storage tank array having a plurality of storage tanks

A method and apparatus for compressing gases and supplying fuel to a gaseous fuel consuming device, such as a gaseous fueled vehicle or the like. One embodiment includes a gas compressor for compressing the gaseous fuel to an array of tanks having predetermined initial set points which are increasing for tanks in the array. One embodiment provides a selecting valve having first and second families of ports wherein the valve can be operated to select a plurality of ports from the first family to be fluidly connected with a plurality of ports with the second family, and such fluid connections can be changed by operation of the valve.

Method of operating a cryogenic temperature control apparatus

A method of temperature control in a cryogenic temperature control apparatus. The method includes operating the cryogenic temperature control apparatus in a first mode, and delivering a first flow rate of cryogen from a storage tank to an evaporator coil in the first mode. The cryogenic temperature control apparatus is operated in a second mode after operating the cryogenic temperature control apparatus in the first mode for a predetermined time duration. A second flow rate of cryogen that is lower than the first flow rate is delivered to the evaporator coil in the second mode.

LIQUEFIED-FLUID STORAGE TANK

The invention relates to a liquefied-fluid storage tank including a storage wall the inner surface of which defines a storage volume for liquefied fluid, the tank including an exchanger for cooling the fluid contained in the tank in particular to condense vapors of said fluid. The invention is characterized in that the cooling exchanger includes a body of metal, in particular aluminum, in which at least one pipe of a coolant circuit is integrated in order to cool said body and in that the body is in contact with and attached to the outer surface of the storage wall.

LIQUID DISPENSING SYSTEMS WITH GAS REMOVAL AND SENSING CAPABILITIES

A dispensing assembly for a pressure dispense package includes a connector having separate and distinct liquid and extraction conduits, and having a pressurization gas conduit. A liner fitment adapter may include a longitudinal bore to receive a probe portion of a connector defining a liquid extraction conduit, and may include a lateral bore to enable removal of gas.

Insertion of a connector into a dispensing assembly simultaneously makes fluidic connections between (a) a gas extraction conduit and a dispensing volume; (b) a liquid extraction conduit and the dispensing volume, and (c) a pressurization gas conduit and a space to be pressurized within a pressure dispense vessel.

HYDROGEN ENRICHED GAS STORAGE

A method for subsurface gas storage including injecting a hydrogen stream into a subsurface reservoir for storage during periods of low sales demand, mixing the hydrogen stream in the subsurface reservoir with a stored gas, and removing the hydrogen from the subsurface reservoir during high sales demand.

Compressed gas delivery method

A method of continuously conveying compressed gas to a plurality of vehicles, where the plurality of vehicles includes at least a first vehicle having a higher tank pressure and a second vehicle having a lower tank pressure that are simultaneously seeking compressed gas from the same delivery conduit. The method includes compressing gas using at least one compressor, conveying the compressed gas from the at least one compressor to a backpressure apparatus, conveying a non-bypass fill portion through the backpressure apparatus, diverting a bypass fill portion through a bypass conduit to at least one distributor, conveying the bypass fill portion through the at least one distributor to at least one of the one or more delivery conduits and subsequently to at least the first vehicle, and conveying the non-bypass fill portion through at least one of the one or more the delivery conduits to at least the second vehicle.

Filter device for gas container and method of installing the same

A filter device for a gas container removes foreign substances mixed with gas in the gas container, and is integrally mounted with the gas container so as to ensure a maximum capacity of the gas container while providing a larger gas filter compared to existing external gas filters.

DIFFUSERS IN VAPORIZERS AND RELATED METHODS

Diffuser plates in vaporizers, and related systems and methods, are provided. A vaporizer comprises a vessel having an outlet. The vessel contains or is configured to contain a vaporizable precursor that, when vaporized, produces a precursor vapor. The vessel discharges or is configured to discharge the precursor vapor through the outlet. The vaporizer includes a diffuser located within the vessel, between the vaporizable precursor and the outlet. The diffuser has a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, and a plurality of holes extending from the first surface of the diffuser through to the second surface of the diffuser.
