SAFETY VALVE OF GAS CONTAINER
Disclosed herein is an invention related to a gas cylinder safety valve. The disclosed gas cylinder safety valve includes a valve part configured to discharge gas with which a main body is filled and a gas blocking part disposed in the valve part and configured to block a gas flow path in accordance with a pressure inside the main body, wherein the gas blocking part includes a blocking operation part disposed in the valve part, a blocking pin member disposed to be slidable in the blocking operation part and configured to selectively block the gas flow path, and a separation preventing cap coupled to the blocking operation part and configured to prevent separation of the blocking pin member.
Tap Cover For A Gas Cylinder
A gas storage assembly. The assembly comprises a gas cylinder, a tap fixed to the gas cylinder, a cover with a shell protecting and housing the tap. The shell includes a front face with a hand-wheel and connecting plugs, a rear face on the opposite of the front face, a first element, and a second element. The rear face comprises a rear opening formed in both the first element and the second element which are an upper half shell and a lower half shell respectively. A rear closure part closes the rear opening and is removably mounted to the lower half shell and to the tap. The opening provides a wide view for mounting and testing the tap when mounted to the gas cylinder.
SYSTEM FOR RECLAIMING LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS
An LPG reclaim system for withdrawing and reclaiming liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from an unspent LPG cylinder. The reclaim system has a reclaim station for reclaiming unspent LPG from LPG bottle containers, a compressor for applying a vacuum on the reclaim station and pressurizing LPG vapor from the reclaimed LPG fluid, and a receiving tanlc for receiving a stream of pressurized liquid LPG. The reclaim system has a pair of shell-and-tube heat exchangers include cold-side tubes and a hot side shell. The reclaimed LPG fluid is passed through the cold-side tubes, while the pressurizing LPG vapor is passed through the hot-side shell of the heat exchanger. The heat applied to the cold-side reclaimed LPG fluid promotes evaporation of the LPG fluid to LPG vapor for pressurizing, and the cooling applied to the hot-side pressurized LPG vapor promotes condensation of the LPG vapor to LPG liquid for the refill containers.
Valve structure for propane tank and method thereof
Embodiments of a propane tank valve are provided. In one embodiment, the propane tank valve includes a plug with a tapered portion, the plug moveable between closed and open positions relative to a valve passageway. Upon the plug being in the closed position, the tapered portion of the plug is positioned within the valve passageway. Upon the plug being initially moved from the closed position to the open position, the tapered portion of the plug is sized and configured to initially minimize the gas flow from the valve passageway and through a flow limiting device configured to be coupled to the propane tank valve such that movement of the tapered portion from the closed plug position initially forms a gap between a tapered surface of the tapered portion and an internal surface of the valve passageway.
Adjustable Valve Grip
According to some embodiments, an adjustable valve grip is presented. In an embodiment, the adjustable valve grip comprises a first portion and a second portion wherein the second portion is operatively connected to the first portion and wherein the first portion is dimensioned such a way that the first portion is capable of being snap-fit over a gas cylinder valve handle and wherein the second portion is dimensioned in such a way as to be capable of being adjusted through its operative connection to the first portion so that when the first portion has been snap fit over a gas cylinder valve handle a user can adjust the second portion to bring the second portion into firm contact with the gas cylinder valve handle, and wherein at least one of the first portion, or the second portion, or both are colored in such a way as to be easily visible to the human eye.
LIQUID GAS SYSTEM
A liquid gas system for mobile applications comprises at least one remote gas switch that is mountable to a bottle of liquid gas and a gas pressure regulator. The high-pressure input of the gas pressure regulator is connected to the remote gas switch. A distribution block is provided, the input of which is connected to the low-pressure output of the gas pressure regulator. A filter unit is arranged between the low-pressure output of the gas pressure regulator and the distribution block. Further, an electronic controller is provided which is connected to the remote gas switch.
Tank Collar for Pressurized Tank
Disclosed is a collar for mounting on a top portion of a pressurized tank. The collar comprises: a body, a fastening system and a rotatable lid disposed on the collar. Further provided is a collar with a window cut-out for viewing tank data and a regulator mounting clip for securing a regulator of the tank in place during use.
REFUELING ASSEMBLIES FOR FUEL TANKS, REFILLABLE FUEL TANKS, AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
Refueling assemblies comprise a chassis, at least one fuel conduit, a plurality of docking-port valve assemblies, and a fuel-source valve assembly. Refueling assemblies may be configured to simultaneously refill a plurality of fuel tanks. Fuel tanks comprise a fuel-receiving tank chamber and may include a fuel-tank male threaded member configured to be operatively coupled to a fuel-receiving device to deliver fuel from the tank to the fuel-receiving device. The fuel tanks may include a coupling member configured to be operatively coupled to a docking-port valve assembly of the refueling assembly but not to the fuel-receiving device. Methods of refilling a plurality of fuel tanks comprise operatively coupling each fuel tank to a refueling assembly, operatively coupling a fuel-source valve assembly of the refueling assembly to a fuel source, and opening a main valve of the fuel-source valve assembly to permit fuel to flow simultaneously to the plurality of fuel tanks.
