PRESSURE VESSEL TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A pressure vessel transport system can have one or more handles that allow a pressure vessel to be efficiently and safely transported. The transport system can consist of a housing surrounding a pressure vessel with the pressure vessel having a valve. The housing may continuously extend along a longitudinal axis of the pressure vessel to position the valve within the housing.
PRESSURE REGULATOR VENT GUARD AND METHOD OF USE
A pressure regulator vent guard configured to be in fluid communication with a non-working fluid chamber of a pressure regulator diaphragm. The pressure regulator vent guard includes a housing defining a compartment and a vent diaphragm configured to separate the housing compartment into a first vent chamber and a second vent chamber, the first vent chamber adapted to be in fluid communication with the non-working fluid chamber, and the second vent chamber in fluid communication with the atmosphere. The vent diaphragm seals the non-working fluid chamber from fluid communication with the atmosphere.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MEASURING THE LEVEL OF LIQUID IN A CONTAINER
The invention relates to a filling level measuring device (10) for measuring the filling level in a container (2) through the wall (9) thereof by means of ultrasound, having an ultrasonic measuring head (12), a controller (20), and a fastening device (24) by means of which the filling level measuring device (10) can be fastened to the container (2) such that the ultrasonic measuring head (12) is pressed against the wall (9) of the container (2). The invention further relates to a method of operating such a filling level measuring device (10), wherein a sampling rate is used which is situation-dependent. The invention finally relates to an assembly made up of such a filling level measuring device and at least one spacer (50) which can be attached to the lower edge of a container (2) to be provided with the filling level measuring device (10).
Composite pressure tank identification and tracking
A device, a system, and methods for tracking conductive composite pressurized gaseous storage tanks. The system including anchoring an RFID device in a non-conductive blind boss, wherein the anchor material has a low dielectric and has minimal reflection of RF energy.

Cover For Gas Cylinder Tap With Removable Front Area
A cover for a tap of a gas cylinder, the cover comprising a shell for housing the tap, the shell comprising a front area for an indicator, a wheel for adjusting the outlet pressure and/or flow rate, and/or at least one outlet connector of the tap. The front area of the shell is a part that is distinct from, and configured to be attached to, the rest of the shell.
CAP FOR PROTECTING A VALVE OF A CYLINDER OF PRESSURISED FLUID AND CYLINDER INCLUDING SUCH A CAP
A cap for protecting a valve of a cylinder of pressurized fluid is provided. The cap includes a rigid structure defining a protective space for the valve. The structure includes a lower end that attaches to the cylinder.
CYLINDER OF PRESSURISED FLUID
A cylinder of pressurized fluid, including a valve assembly housing a fluid circuit including at least one shut-off valve, the cylinder being equipped with a bonnet for protecting the valve assembly including a rigid structure delimiting a protective volume around the valve assembly, including a pressure indicating device including at least one piston sensitive to the pressure in the cylinder and mobile relative to the body of the valve assembly according to the level of pressure in the cylinder between at least a retracted first position and a deployed second position, the pressure indicating device including at least one mobile information support configured to collaborate mechanically with the piston, the information support being able to move between at least two distinct positions or states to symbolize respectively at least two levels of pressure according to the position of the piston.
HANDLE FOR A PORTABLE CYLINDER
Provided is a portable cylinder including a tank having a mounting collar coupled to an upper portion of the tank, and a handle assembly attached to the mounting collar. The mounting collar has an upwardly extending portion and a plurality of circumferentially spaced tabs extending radially outwardly from the upwardly extending portion, wherein a respective gap is formed between adjacent ones of the plurality of circumferentially spaced tabs. The handle assembly includes a handle having a shroud portion and a handle portion extending from the shroud portion, and an attachment member configured to be coupled to the shroud portion to prevent rotational movement of the handle relative to the collar, the attachment member having a body, a first projection projecting from a front wall of the body for engaging the shroud portion, and a second projection projecting from a back wall of the body for engaging the shroud portion.
Remote activation system for a breathing apparatus filling station
A Compressed Air Breathing Apparatus (CABA) or Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) is routinely used in environments when there is no breathable air and in emergency situations. However, CABA/SCBA tanks have limited capacity to hold compressed air, and BA filling stations are required in environments in which it may be necessary to refill the CABA/SCBA tanks during an emergency situation. Disclosed is a BA filling station system with a back-up air supply and remote activation. Two or more filling stations are interconnected by one or more air supply lines to provide a flow of compressed air between the filling stations, and one or more remote activation lines to control the flow. Advantageously, the system provides redundancy between the remotely located BA filling stations and substantially improves safety by making available a back-up source of an air supply from another interconnected filling station.
