Headlamp having a detachable flashlight
Various embodiments for a headlamp having a detachable flashlight are disclosed. The headlamp includes a head guard and a detachable flashlight. The head guard is adapted to be worn on a head of an operator, and includes a first battery, a first electrical contact, and a first magnet. The detachable flashlight is configured to detachably attach to the head guard, and includes a second battery, a second electrical contact and a second magnet. When the second magnet is positioned near the first magnet, the detachable flashlight magnetically couples to the head guard and aligns the second electrical contact with the first electrical contact/The head guard includes processing circuitry configured to provide power to and charge the second battery of the detachable flashlight in an instance in which the detachable flashlight is coupled to the head guard.
Light assembly
An improved light assembly includes aligned directional light sources mounted one behind another. A distal one of the light sources occludes light emitted from a proximal one of the light sources. A reflector is interposed between the light sources, with a convex surface facing the proximal one of the light sources. Thus, the light assembly projects a light field extending at least through an 180° hemisphere, and up to about 270° backwards from the forward orientation of the light field, well-illuminating lateral approaches to the assembly.
Power routing for illumination device
An illumination device has a battery compartment with a pair of terminals electrically connected to one or more circuit elements housed in a pivotable illumination module through a pair of pivot joint elements. Each pivot joint element is disposed at a respective one of a pair of pivot joints about which the pivotable illumination module pivots. The battery compartment preferably includes a screwably-mounted cover having a securing lanyard attached to the illumination device at one of the pair of pivot joints.
Multifunctional camping light
A multifunctional camping light includes a receptacle and at least two movable light bodies separately having an independent battery, and the two movable light bodies separately have a solar panel for providing an automatic charge or charging the receptacle. Unlike the function of the conventional camping lights available on the market, the movable light body of this disclosure can be assembled onto the receptacle in different ways to emit light or removed and used as a flashlight or a wall light to satisfy various different requirements of power bank and illumination for outdoor camping.
Clamping lamp and light controlling method applying the same
A clamping lamp for clamping a monitor comprises a first light source and a clamping body including a second light source, a first clamping component including a first clamping portion and a lamp connection portion, and a second clamping component including a second clamping portion. The lamp connection portion connects with the first clamping portion and the first light source. The first clamping portion leans against a front surface of the monitor and the second clamping portion leans against a back surface of the monitor when the clamping lamp clamps the monitor so the first light source is located above a top surface of the monitor. The first light source emits light toward a first zone that the front surface faces toward. The second light source emits light toward a second zone that the back surface faces toward.
Headlamp having a detachable flashlight

Portable lighting device with an illuminated indicia
The invention provides a portable lighting device with an elongated main body that includes a housing with receiver, and a power source positioned within the receiver. An operational mode selector assembly with a switch assembly that is actuated by a user is operatively coupled to the power source. An illumination assembly is electrically coupled to both the operational mode selector and the power source. The illumination assembly has a primary light source with a light emitter that emits light axially along a longitudinal axis of the main body or housing through a lens. A secondary light source with a light emitter emits light substantially perpendicular to the axis to illuminate an indicia located in a side region of the illumination assembly. During operation of the portable lighting device, the components of the illumination assembly are arranged such that: (i) the primary light source does not illuminate the indicia, (ii) the secondary light source does not emit light through the lens, (iii) an appreciable amount of light emitted from the primary light source does not mix with light that is emitted from the secondary light source within the portable lighting device, and (iv) an appreciable amount of light emitted from the secondary light source does not mix with light that is emitted from the primary light source within the portable lighting device.
When the second magnet is positioned near the first magnet, the detachable flashlight magnetically couples to the head guard and aligns the second electrical contact with the first electrical contact/ The head guard includes processing circuitry configured to provide power to and charge the second battery of the detachable flashlight in an instance in which the detachable flashlight is coupled to the head guard.
Flashlight element
A primary element of a flashlight is provided, incorporating the light source, driver circuitry, positive and negative battery contacts and heat sinking into a single element assembled through standard manufacturing methods on a double-sided metal core printed circuit board substrate. Heat generated by the light source and driver circuit is conducted away through the substrate and may be sunk into a flashlight housing or other mounting structure at the edge of the flashlight element or from top, bottom or both surfaces near the edge. Additional sensors and control functions may be incorporated into the driver circuit to vary the light source drive in response to changes in temperature or light source optical output.
