DUAL POWER LIGHT SOURCE

Various embodiments of dual-powered lighting devices are described. In some examples, the device includes a light source, a first power source, a second power source, and one or more switching devices. The switching device switches between the first power source and the second power source to power the light source.

Lamp

A lamp comprises a lamp body and a connecting rod assembly. The connecting rod assembly is alternatively connected to a first connecting member or a second connecting member respectively to define a first use state and a second use state. When in the first use state, one or more connecting rods of at least three connecting rods which are connected successively in an axial direction define a lifting rod, and a first end of the lifting rod is connected to the first connecting member. When in the second use state, first ends of the at least three connecting rods are connected to the second connecting member, and second ends of the at least three connecting rods are spaced apart from each other to define a placing plane within which a vertical projection of a center of gravity of the lamp body is located.

The base illumination unit is removable from the outer sleeve and can be used as an independent light source by a user. Additionally, the illumination module is rechargeable in one embodiment and can provide an adequate charge to a mobile device. Further embodiments provided for a removable lens or lens unit.

A cell reflector, which may also be a prism, may be configured proximal to the photovoltaic cell surfaces to reflect light onto the photovoltaic surface to increase power conversion.

The battery pack has a USB port which allows a customer to conveniently charge a device (e.g., smartphone) while the customer's nails are being worked on. The battery pack has a battery gauge, which indicates a charge level remaining for the battery. When the battery pack is low on charge, the battery pack can be swapped with a charged battery pack. A battery pack can be charged while inserted in the lamp or removed from the lamp. The LEDs of the nail lamp are passively cooled.

Compressing the actuating part motivates the outer ends of the flexible fingers to move apart, thereby releasing the barb-like features from their respective barb engaging slot and allowing the cap to be removed from the housing.

A multifunction LED lighting device improves technical and functional performance compared to known lighting appliances, while also optimizing yield and satisfying demand for aesthetics and reduced consumption. The device includes: a lighting body including an LED assembly; a frame for connecting to the wall and supporting the at least a lighting body; an electrical connection and mechanical connection between the frame and the at least a lighting body; and an electronic circuit board for converting to low voltage and supplying power to the LED assembly. The lighting body is substantially L-shaped and includes an upright and a projecting arm. The upright includes the electrical connection and the mechanical connection, and the arm includes the LED assembly. The electrical connection and the mechanical connection include a connector of male/female type with reversible coupling.
