Posture detection for intelligent lighting accessory control
A method for intelligently controlling a lighting accessory coupled to a host device includes determining a posture of the lighting accessory, the posture being one of multiple user-selectable physical configurations; and selectively configuring a setting of an application executing on the host device based at least in part on the determined posture.
LED LAMP
An LED lamp, in particular a table lamp, comprises a lighting head extending about a central axis; the head comprises: a body shaped as a ring about the axis and provided with a substantially annular seat; a plurality of LEDs arranged spaced apart from one another along the seat and about the axis and supported by a printed circuit board positioned in the seat and having a face, on which the LEDs are positioned, perpendicular to the axis; and a lens positioned in front of the LEDs to close the seat; the lens consists of a monolithic piece extending about the axis and has a concave annular inlet surface, facing the LEDs, and a convex annular outlet surface, substantially aligned parallel to the axis and extending about the axis and shaped so as to generate a rotosimmetric light emission about the axis.
Single chip multi band led and application thereof
A lighting apparatus includes a light emitting diode, in which the light emitting diode includes an n-type nitride semiconductor layer, an active layer located on the n-type nitride semiconductor layer, and a p-type nitride semiconductor layer located on the active layer. The light emitting diode emits light that varies from yellow light to white light depending on an driving current.
COSMETIC LIGHT
Embodiments of the present invention provide a light emitting diode (LED) lighting fixture and methods of manufacturing and using the same. In various embodiments, the LED lighting fixture comprises a lighting fixture body and one or more lighting arch. The one or more LED modules are operatively and securely fixed to the lighting assembly. Each LED module comprises at least one LED, and a diffuser. The at least one LED is mounted within the LED light assembly such that light emitted by the at least on LED is emitted in a downward direction. The light assembly is positioned such that it can rotate about a fixed point to facilitate a user working on a patient's face. The light assembly is further adjustable in elevation from approximately 30 inches to 60 inches in height above a floor.
Lamp
A lamp includes a bracket assembly and a lamp cap movably mounted on the bracket assembly. The bracket assembly includes a plurality of lamp poles movably connected so that the lamp cap moves in a first movement path thereof. The lamp cap is configured to move in a second movement path thereof relative to the lamp pole on which it is carried, where the first movement path is different from the second movement path. The lamp cap of the lamp according to the present application has two different movement paths.
LOW VOLTAGE BUSS SYSTEM
An example low voltage buss system is provided. The low voltage bus system distributes low voltage DC power into the office workspace in a manner that reduces clutter and promotes customizable and efficient workspace usage. The low voltage bus system distributes low voltage DC power into the office workspace via an electrical buss having a connector at the end of the buss to distribute low voltage DC power to and throughout office workspace and, in particular, office furniture.
Table lamp
A table lamp including a base, a lamp handle, a lamp holder provided with a light source and an adjustment component. The base can be placed on a placement surface, and a bottom surface of the base is a curved surface. The adjustment component can adjust the center of gravity of the table lamp by varying the center of gravity thereof, to thereby change a contact position of the bottom surface of the base and the placement surface, and thus change the illumination angle of the lamp holder. Since this technical solution adjusts the illumination angle of the lamp holder by adjusting the center of gravity of the table lamp instead of rotating the lamp holder, it solves the problem of breakage of the connection part of the lamp handle and the lamp holder caused by rotation of the lamp holder.
ILLUMINATION DEVICE
Illumination device maintains distance between eyes of user and object, and lights up desktop with appropriate illuminance. Illumination device includes light source for lighting up desktop, arm mechanism incorporates motor for moving position of light source, face camera detects position of eyes of user, desk cameras detects illuminance distribution on desk, image processing part calculates posture of user and distance between eyes of user and desk, based on face images obtained with face camera and desk images obtained with desk cameras, computation part calculates optimal light source position of light source wherein dispersion of illuminance distribution on desk is minimized, based on posture of user derived with image processing part and illuminance distribution obtained with desk camera, warning part that generates warning, in cases where distance is less than or equal to predetermined value, and control part operates arm mechanism such that light source moves to optimal light source position.
Workstation Divider with Lighting, Privacy, and Power
A portable workstation divider is disclosed. The workstation divider functionally integrates a lighting fixture with at least one privacy panel and a power outlet or outlets. The lighting fixture typically uses LED-based lighting elements. A single, long privacy panel may be wrapped around and attached to the lighting fixture in some embodiments, while in other embodiments, the lighting fixture may carry elements that establish a sliding track for two privacy panels. The power outlet or outlets may offer either alternating current (AC) or direct current (DC) power for user devices, and may be of any known type, including traditional AC outlets, USB and USB-C outlets, and proprietary types of outlets. Some workstation dividers may be entirely mobile.
ELECTRICAL ACCESSORY CONNECTOR
An electrical connector for electrically coupling an electrical accessory to a furniture item may include a support column and a power interface set that may be provided in an interior of the support column. The power interface set may include an electrically contactable lower surface that may be spaced apart from an end of the support column. A distance between the electrically contactable lower surface of the power interface set and the end of the support column may be equal to a length of a retention portion of the support column. The retention portion and the electrically contactable lower surface of the power interface set may be together dimensioned for connection to an external power source coupled to the furniture item.
