A videotelephony lighting system and a method of using the same is provided. The videotelephony lighting system includes one or more light bars that can prop themselves up or be supported by a stand so as to be positioned in different configurations to light a user's face while they are on a video call. The videotelephony lighting system embodies a simple approach wherein each lightbar provides only one linear high-CRI LED light source having a 2700-3000 K CCR.

Lighting assembly
11268665 · 2022-03-08 · ·

A lighting assembly includes a light stand, a lighting unit, and a modular rod assembly connecting the lighting unit to the light stand. The modular rod assembly includes a connection rod, a first extension rod connected to the connection rod, and a tubular fastener. The connection rod has a first coupling end. The first extension rod has a second coupling end. The tubular fastener is movably disposed around the first extension rod and is operable to move toward and sleeve around the first and second coupling ends such that the tubular fastener is engaged with the first coupling end and that the second coupling end is clamped between the first coupling end and the tubular fastener.

Storage unit with light-emitting components

A device or unit with a lighting component is provided. The device includes coupling components that couple the device to stackable storage unit containers. In one embodiment, the device includes a battery interface to couple to a battery for power tools. In one embodiment, the device includes three lights that are pivotally coupled to the housing between a retracted position in which the lights are disposed against sidewalls of the housing, and an open position in which the lights are pivoted above the top panel of the housing.

VARIABLE HUE TASK LAMP WITH NOVEL HUE SELECTION COMPONENT
20210315076 · 2021-10-07 ·

A variable hue task lamp with novel hue selection component is disclosed herein. The color and intensity of a task lamp is adjusted using a wireless connection from a device such as a smart phone, tablet, or computing device based upon an optimization method using a sample text or scene. The user first optimizes hue by adjusting the background color of the sample text or picture on the device. The optimum hue is then communicated to the task light, which sets light emitting diode intensities to match the optimum choice. Presets further localize choices in color space, and a comparison to white verifies the benefits of the chosen hue.

STAND LIGHT

A stand light includes a body having a main center shaft and a sleeve movably supported on the main center shaft. The stand light additionally includes a head assembly supported by the main body and including a light source, and a plurality of legs pivotally coupled to the body. The plurality of legs is movable with the sleeve from a collapsed position to an extended position, in which distal ends of the plurality of legs are moved away from the body. A first leg of the plurality of legs includes a first handle portion and a second leg of the plurality of legs includes a second handle portion. When the plurality of legs is in the collapsed position, the first handle portion and the second handle portion are positioned adjacent to each other to form a handle configured to be grasped by a user.

LIGHTING DEVICE

A lighting device includes a light source, a base and an articulated support. The support has a first arm which is rotatable relative to the base about a first axis, a second arm upon which the light source is mounted, and a joint section which connects the second arm to the first arm for movement relative thereto about a second axis which is parallel to the first axis. The second arm is also moveable relative to the joint section about a third axis which intersects, and is orthogonal to, the second axis to change the orientation of the light source relative to the base.

LIGHTING DEVICE

A lighting device is disclosed in the present disclosure. The lighting device includes a support assembly, an illuminant assembly, and a switch assembly. The illuminant assembly is connected to the support assembly and capable of being rotated to the support assembly. When the illuminant assembly is rotated to a position at which an angle between the illuminant assembly and the support assembly is less than or equal to a first angle threshold, the switch assembly turns to an on-state. In this way, the lighting device has a function of a switch.

Lamp

The present disclosure provides a lamp. The lamp includes a housing with an inner cavity and a lamp base. At least a portion of the lamp base is disposed in the inner cavity. The housing includes a plurality of supporting frames. The supporting frames are movably connected end by end to enclose the inner cavity. Two adjacent supporting frames are detachably connected with each other.

Lighting Fixture Having Independently Operable Direct and Indirect Lighting
