According to the present invention, the first blade member and the second blade member can supply sufficient torque required for the rotation of the power generation module and can increase power generation time by driving the power generation module with the double blades. In addition, it is possible to minimize the installation space and reduce the size of the wind power generator by installing the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft in a double layer structure.
