Configurable electrical receptacles
This invention relates to configurable electrical receptacles and more particularly to electrical receptacles that accept in-situ replacement of an insert providing a specific functionality within an electrical receptacle which is configurable to function or user accessible feature.
Mobile Emergency Light Device
A mobile emergency light device includes a casing (1), a moving closure cover (2), a translucent lens (3), an electronic circuit board (5) for control, and a combined reflector (4), in which the combined reflector (4) has an inverted bell shape and is open at both ends, in which the electronic circuit board is securely connected to the combined reflector (4), and provided with a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LED), suitably angled towards the combined reflector (4), and in which the casing (1) forms inside this a cylindrical cavity (13), whose interior houses an automatic switch, driven by the base of the casing approaching a ferromagnetic material.
Light Device has Built-in Digital Data System for Record Image, Sound
A Light device having built-in digital data means is powered by an unlimited power source for a lamp-holder, LED bulb, or light device connected to unlimited power source by prongs or a base that or conductive wires can be inserted into a socket that would otherwise receiving a bulb. The device may take the form of a web cam having auto tracking added one of plurality functions to make different products and functions and retractable prongs that plug directly into a wall outlet or insert into existing lamp base or incorporate conductive wire to make electric connection at least one of built-in camera, storage unit, wireless kits, Bluetooth kits, motion sensor, light device.
COMMUNICATING A LOCALIZED BUILDING ALERT
For communicating a localized building alert, a processor detects an emergency event. In response to detecting the emergency event, the processor communicates a localized building alert through a lighting system. The localized building alert is restricted to a location of one of an aid recipient and an aid giver
LED lamp retrofit system, kit, and method
An LED lamp retrofit system, kit, and method is presently disclosed. The LED retrofit system comprises at least one longitudinally extending LED lamp having a length substantially greater than a width and open longitudinal ends. A first LED lamp support rail holds and covers a first open longitudinal end of each of the at least one longitudinally extending LED lamps and is configured to electrically connect each of the at least one longitudinally extending LED lamps to a power source. A second LED lamp support rail holds and covers a second open longitudinal end of each of the at least one longitudinally extending LED lamps held with the first LED lamp support rail. A system holder on each of the first and second LED lamp support rails is configured and disposed to hold the retrofit system to a portion of a lamp fixture being retrofitted.
EMERGENCY LAMP
An emergency lamp includes a housing assembly; a battery module; a control panel; a lighting assembly; a heat sink configured for heat dissipation for the lighting assembly; a light guide assembly; and a transparent cover. The battery module includes a bracket, a battery disposed on the bracket, and a cladding layer wrapping around the battery. The housing assembly is a hollow structure, and the battery module, the control panel, and the lighting assembly are disposed in the housing assembly. The light guide assembly is connected to the lighting assembly. The transparent cover is disposed on the housing assembly; a position of the transparent cover corresponds to that of the light guide assembly. The battery module is electrically connected to the control panel, and the lighting assembly is electrically connected to the control panel; and the housing assembly including a hole for fixing a waterproof joint.
Security light with remote photo-voltaic module and battery backup and related methods
Methods and apparatus for a security light having a remote photovoltaic module is set forth. The security light includes a primary rechargeable battery connected to the remote photovoltaic module while also having a backup battery system to be utilized when the rechargeable batteries condition require recharge. The security lighting unit functions as a security light to provide variable wide area illumination based upon environmental and battery conditions and also which power supply is optionally connected to the load, the load being the illumination sources and the various supportive electronics. The system further includes a controller which can not only operationally selects either the rechargeable batteries or backup batteries but also can monitor battery condition to preserve battery life. In operation, the security light may include a variable battery power supply for ease of installation.
LED LIGHTING SYSTEM AND INSTALLATION METHODS
A lighting system includes an LED downlight mountable to a ceiling, a driver, and an insulation displacement connector (IDC). Light from the downlight can be faced downward to project light or upward to reflect light off of the ceiling. The driver has an input with a first voltage and an output with a second voltage, the second voltage being lower than the first and being provided through a wire system extending from the LED driver. The IDC connects the downlight to the wire system. The lighting system can be changed from a first to a second configuration by at least one of adding an additional downlight using a corresponding MC or removing an existing downlight using a corresponding IDC. The second configuration does not significantly affect a desired output range of light from any downlight or any LED circuit of any downlight that remains or preexists from the first configuration.
Emergency light devices, systems, and methods
Emergency light devices, systems and methods that provide instant light in a power outage or other situations. One or more sensors monitor the flow of electricity, and when the flow of electricity is stopped or no longer present, an emergency light device power monitoring device instantly communicates via wireless communication technology to emergency light device(s) to instantly turn on the emergency light device(s). The emergency light device(s) can be a portable and/or permanent unit of varying shapes and sizes, and can be attached to any object, or may stand alone, with some or all of its parts being replaceable, interchangeable, or upgradeable.
Lighting apparatus with emergency light module and interface
A lighting apparatus includes a first light source, a light housing with an opening for light from the first light source and configured to convert external power to a driving current for the first light source, an emergency light module configured to provide emergency light, and a function interface disposed on the housing for selectively activating the emergency module under an emergency condition.
