DYNAMIC LIGHTING DEVICE
20220034494 · 2022-02-03 ·

The present invention relates to a dynamic lighting device, including at least two lamps and a base. Each of the at least two lamps is connected to a respective paired flexible stalk configured to rotate in a circumferential direction of the base. When the flexible stalks rotate in the circumferential direction of the base, due to dynamic bending deformation of the flexible stalks, the at least two lamps have random movement in an upright direction and the at least two lamps have circumferential random wiggles against a joint defined between the flexible stalks and the base as a pivotal point.

Solar street lamp

A solar street lamp includes a connecting base configured with a mounting port for mounting the solar street lamp on top of a lamp post. A bottom plate has a rear portion mounted on top of the connecting base, the bottom plate has a lower surface upon which is mounted, in a forward portion of the bottom plate, a plurality of light-emitting modules. A solar panel is supported above the bottom plate and separated from the bottom plate by a distance of a wiring gap space, as meaning approximately a minimal gap needed to permit wiring for interconnections of components on the solar street lamp. A battery stores energy received from the solar panel, and a power supply provides power from the battery to the light-emitting modules. The battery and power supply are mounted below the bottom plate, inside a mounting chamber formed in the connecting base. A rear plug is detachably disposed on a rear edge of the connecting base such that, when attached, the rear plug provides a seal to an opening in the mounting chamber of the connecting base and a rear seal to the wire gap space separating the solar panel and the bottom plate and, when detached, provides an access for maintenance to the power supply and battery mounted in the mounting chamber and permits the solar panel to be withdrawn from the solar street lamp.

A method includes the steps of obtaining distance measurements between a device and a number of lighting fixtures, processing the distance measurements to assign coordinates to each one of the lighting fixtures, and facilitating registration of the coordinates of a subset of the lighting fixtures to obtain registered coordinates for all of the lighting fixtures. The coordinates indicate a relative location of each one of the lighting fixtures with respect to one another. The registered coordinates indicate a location of each lighting fixture in a desired coordinate space. Accordingly, a location of a lighting fixture within a desired coordinate space can be easily obtained, which may enable significant additional functionality of the lighting fixture.

A solar energy device includes a solar panel array including a plurality of solar panels, each of the solar panels being divided into solar sub-panels. The solar sub-panels have unequal shapes but equal areas. Wires electrically connect the solar sub-panels and connect the solar panels. The solar panels are secured on a base which is formed with cutouts to receive the wires. The wires are fixed to the solar sub-panels but are free to move with respect to the base.

VIBRATION DEVICE FOR BEDS
20170273475 · 2017-09-28 ·

Vibration devices are described that provide soothing movement or motion to a person, such as an infant or toddler, laying in a bed. The vibration devices are not part of, but are separately attachable to/removable from, the bed. The vibration devices utilize a control section that is outside the bed and a passive or active transmission element located underneath the mattress that transfers vibration motion to mattress the person is laying on. The devices described herein may also produce noise resulting from the generated movement that may be soothing to the person laying on the mattress.
