TUBE LIGHT WITH IMPROVED LED ARRAY
A method and an apparatus and system for producing light using LED lighting with output within a predetermined desired color temperature range for commercial lighting uses. A preferred embodiment includes a first and second group of LEDs arranged in an alternating matrix configuration, each group of LEDs configured to produce light in a predetermined color temperature range. In a preferred embodiment, an LED light system includes a tubular LED lamp having substantially the same size and dimensions as a traditional fluorescent lamp tube and a control box for controlling power input and power gain to the first, second, or both groups of LEDs.
Pixelated water display and design tools therefor
A water display including a number of pixels or manifolds that may include water nozzles to emit streams of water and/or other utilities such as lighting is described. The water streams may be pixelated so as to provide a high resolution waveform or other choreography. The choreography transitions between waveforms to provide the appearance of a cascading or undulating wave. A tool to design the water display and simulate its appearance is also described.
Systems and methods for determining lighting fixture arrangement information
Systems and methods for determining lighting fixture arrangement information (e.g., position and/or orientation). A lighting beam from the lighting fixture is directed among three discrete locations on a reference surface (e.g., by a controller). The fixture's position is determined using perspective inversion based on angular changes of the lighting fixture and coordinate data of the discrete locations (e.g., determined using a camera and a reference point on the surface). Distances from the fixture to the three discrete locations are estimated based on perspective inversion. The position of the lighting fixture is trilateralized based on the distances. Spherical coordinates of the fixture's orientation relative to the reference surface are determined, and yaw, pitch, and roll of the fixture are extracted.
ILLUMINATION DEVICE
An illumination device includes two illumination sections. The first illumination section includes a plurality of illumination elements that are each configured to emit light in a light spectrum, wherein the light spectrum is variable. The second illumination section includes one or several illumination elements that are each configured to emit light in a fixed light spectrum, wherein the fixed light spectrum is white.
Integrated operating room sterilization system—design and components
Described herein are components, systems, and methods of use of an integrated sterilization system comprising a pass-through logistics cabinet, an ozone sterilization system, a floor sterilization robot, and systems for controlling such components. An integrated operating room sterilization system will allow mitigation or elimination of risks (e.g., infrastructural risks (e.g., OI risks), procedural risks (e.g., risk of infection and contamination) that are associated with a setting in a healthcare environment. The elimination of clutter, control of major components under a unified and intuitive user interface, and the logical elimination of potential accumulated risk events (e.g., OI risks) and procedural risks are deliberately addressed, in whole or in part, by the present disclosure. The present disclosure describes the following: a pass-through logistics cabinet, an ozone sterilization system, a floor sterilization robot, and systems for controlling such components.
MULTI-COLORED RETROFIT LIGHT FIXTURE
Provided is a light fixture retrofit kit comprising: a) a body with a first LED light source of a first color and a second LED light source of a second color; b) a switch for controlling one or more of wattage of the light sources and the color; c) a bracket for attaching the body to a pre-existing housing resting on a T-bar; wherein the fixture is placed in the pre-existing housing and pivotally attached to the T-bar with the bracket, wherein the user selects to power the first light source only, the second light source only, or both the first and the second light source to produce a blended color that is different than the first and the second color, and selects to power the light sources with different levels of power (watts).
Low light game system and method
A kit of parts for playing a capture the flag game in low-light conditions is disclosed herein. The kit can include a number of flags, each of the flags carrying one or more light emitting diodes (LEDs) operable to provide a visual signal; a number of territory markers, each of the territory markers carrying one or more LEDs operable to provide a visual signal; and a number of jail markers, each of the jail markers carrying one or more LEDs operable to provide a visual signal. The flags, the territory markers, and the jail markers are configured to be selectively disposable upon or attachable to the terrain.
Integrated operating room lighting and patient warming system—design and components
An integrated and modular air and lighting plenum that is the primary directional lighting mounting apparatus and laminar flow diffuser of an HVAC system in a healthcare setting. The plenum provides laminar air flow from the ceiling to the room in which it is located in accordance with HVAC requirements for healthcare environment settings, by using a plurality of cylindrical airflow outlets. The use of cylindrical airflow outlets promotes laminar airflow by reducing sharp boundaries that induce turbulence (e.g., the corners of rectangular or square outlets) and creates a highly sterile environment around the patient and staff in the operating room. The surgical lights used in the integrated air and lighting plenum allow the beam direction, spot size, focal point, brightness, and color temperature of the emitted light to be controlled.
Warning light control system based on dangerous behavior detection
A warning light control system based on dangerous behavior detection includes a plurality of red light-emitting diodes, a plurality of blue light-emitting diodes, a control element, a circuit board, and a lampshade. The plurality of red light-emitting diodes and the plurality of blue light-emitting diodes are disposed at one end of the circuit board. The control element is disposed at another end of the circuit board. The lampshade is disposed above the plurality of red light-emitting diodes, the plurality of blue light-emitting diodes, the control element, and the circuit board. The lampshade comprises a lens for concentrating and emitting light uniformly. The lampshade is fixed on a top of a police car. Wherein, the number of the plurality of red light-emitting diodes is equal to the number of the plurality of blue light-emitting diodes. The system acts a deterrent effect on the dangerous behavior.
Flickering mineral light
A flickering source of illumination is disclosed. A first, second and third group of LEDs and a control circuit are also disclosed. The control circuit is adapted to control a switch to selectively switch on the first group, the second group, and the third group of LEDs. The flickering source of illumination includes a translucent mineral positioned around the groups of LEDs. The translucent mineral is adapted to allow light emitted by the LEDs to pass through the translucent mineral and illuminate an area adjacent to the translucent mineral. The flickering source of illumination may include a first group of LEDs; a second group of LEDs; and a control circuit. The control circuit may be adapted to control a light output of the first and second groups of LEDs so that the first group of LEDs emits a different color of light than the second group of LEDs. The control circuit may be further adapted to selectively vary a color of the light output of the first group of LEDs and of the second group of LEDs. A translucent mineral positioned around the LEDs is also disclosed. The translucent mineral may be adapted to allow light emitted by the LEDs to pass through the translucent mineral and illuminate an area adjacent to the translucent mineral. The translucent mineral may be selected from a group including a salt rock, quartz, marble and natural stone.
