AUTOMOBILE HEADLAMP OUTER LENS WITH OVERMOLDED METAL ELECTRODES
The invention relates to an outer lens for a luminous device, in particular for a motor vehicle. The outer lens include a main portion made of transparent plastic, at least two edges for fastening to a housing of the luminous device, an electrically conductive coating forming a defrosting and/or demisting electrical resistor, and at least two electrodes that are electrically connected to the conductive coating. The electrodes are located on the fastening edges and are overmolded by the transparent plastic. The invention also relates to a luminous device including the outer lens in question and a process for producing the outer lens.
LUMINOUS DEVICE COMPRISING AT LEAST TWO LASER-WELDED PORTIONS
The present invention relates to a motor vehicle luminous device including at least one first portion that is transparent to at least one laser beam, the portion having at least one first polymer material, and at least one second portion that absorbs the laser beam and is transparent to at least some of the visible spectrum, including at least one second polymer material, the second portion being laser welded to the first portion.
MOTOR VEHICLE ILLUMINATING HEADLIGHT
The present disclosure relates to a novel motor vehicle illuminating headlight. The motor vehicle illuminating headlight includes a power supply driver electrically connected with structure modules. The surfaces of the structure modules are in contact with an aluminum pressing strip, the aluminum pressing strip being connected with a radiator fixedly connected with the power supply driver, the outer side of the radiator being connected with a PC lens, and the other side of the radiator connected with a support. Advantageously, the illuminating use efficiency is improved, the application range is wide, automatic switching between a main illuminating light and atmosphere lights is achieved, and therefore better illumination is provided, energy conservation and environmental protection are facilitated, and the motor vehicle illuminating headlight has good ornamental and economic value.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE FOR A VEHICLE LIGHTING AND/OR SIGNALING DEVICE AND METHOD OF REPLACING A MODULE OF THIS KIND
An electronic control module of a light source includes at least one circuit card supporting electronic components and configured to be received by a first of its edges in a housing. The control module has in the vicinity of the first edge a connecting portion including at least one rib perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the plane defined by the circuit card.
VEHICLE LIGHTING DEVICE WITH MEANS FOR LOCATING AN ELECTRONIC CARD
A motor vehicle lighting device including: a housing closed by a transparent outer lens; an electronic card inside the housing connected or configured to be connected to a light source, the electronic card including a locating tab. The housing includes at least one locating portion arranged with the locating tab so that the electronic card is located relative to the housing by the contact engagement of the locating portion and the locating tab.
FRONT STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
A front structure of a vehicle is provided with a vehicle front lamp disposed at each end portion of a vehicle front portion in a vehicle width direction. The vehicle front lamp includes a headlight, a cover member, and a lighting accessory. The cover member is disposed above the headlight. The lighting accessory is disposed above a rear portion of the headlight and below the cover member. The vehicle front lamp is provided with a ventilation path that is formed outward or inward of the headlight in the vehicle width direction below the cover member and that allows traveling wind from a vehicle front side to pass toward a vehicle rear side.
One-step headlight restoration kit and formulation
A one-step headlight restoration formulation is also provided that includes a polyurethane dispersion of aliphatic polycarbonate urethane present from 20 to 85 total weight percent, along with a wetting agent present from 1 to 4 total weight percent. A biocide is present from 0.005 to 0.5 total weight percent of the formulation. A carrier constitutes the remainder of the formulation. A kit for a one-step headlight restoration is provided that includes a wipe for applying said formulation to a headlight surface in need of resurfacing as a one step process. The process of using the kit includes removing a formulation impregnated wipe from an envelope and contacting the wipe with the headlight surface to apply said formulation by wiping evenly on a headlight lens surface to form a restorative film.
VEHICLE LIGHTING DEVICE WITH AN OPTICAL ELEMENT PRESSED AGAINST A LIGHT SOURCE SUPPORT
A motor vehicle lighting device including: a housing and an outer lens; a light source support in the housing; an optical element; a bearing member fixed to the housing, the optical element being gripped between the light source support and the bearing member; and at least one elastic element gripped between the bearing member and the optical element and configured to be elastically deformable in a direction from the bearing member toward the optical element.
Deicing system for an automotive lamp
A lamp or lens assembly for a motor vehicle that includes electrically conductive traces for defogging or deicing the lens. Aspects include a light transmissive lens coupled to a lamp housing. The light transmissive lens may define a curved cross-section with a curvature extending across the length and/or the width of the lens. The lens may include one or more electrically conductive traces positioned on a surface of the lens, the electrically conductive traces optionally extending across and curving with the curvature of the light transmissive lens. One or more coatings may optionally cover the conductive traces and a portion of the lens surface leaving portions uncovered. The electrically conductive traces may extend outwardly away from the surface of the lens with height that is greater than their width.
LIGHTING SYSTEM FOR MOTOR VEHICLE HEADLIGHT
A lighting system for a motor vehicle comprising at least one primary optical device for emitting a light beam exhibiting a cutoff profile, the primary optical emission device comprising at least one light source and one single-piece primary optical member comprising an input surface suitable for receiving a light beam emitted by the light source, a ray interception surface configured to form the cutoff profile in the light beam received and an output surface for the light beam.
This system also comprises a projection device arranged downstream of the primary optical emission device(s) and comprising an input surface arranged facing the primary optical emission device(s), and through which are introduced rays of the light beam derived as output from the primary optical emission device(s) a single continuous output surface through which the light beam is projected.
