A method for manufacturing a blinker module for a rearview device of a motor vehicle includes the steps of providing at least one lighting element comprising at least one light guide and at least one light disk or lens and providing of at least one illuminant unit comprising at least one illuminant, wherein the illuminant unit is designed to couple light emitted by the illuminant into the lighting element. A blinker module, rearview device and motor vehicle, including the blinker module manufactured according to the method, are also described.
Film-based lightguide with adhered component between fold region and extraction region
A device comprises a film with an adhesive layer on a first side of a core layer, a major sheet area of the film bounded by edges of the film with a light extracting region positioned to receive and extract light propagating by total internal reflection within the core layer out of the major sheet area, and a minor sheet between the major sheet area and an array of strips. The strips extend from the minor sheet area of the film, and each strip of the array of strips is folded within a fold region and stacked. The device further comprises a component extending a width of the array of strips where they extend from the minor sheet area, wherein the adhesive layer adheres the component to the film between fold region and the light extracting region. In some embodiments, the adhesive layer is a cladding layer.
LIGHT GUIDE ASSEMBLY AND LIGHTING AND/OR SIGNALING APPARATUS
The present disclosure provides a light guide assembly. The assembly includes: a light guide body part having a light exit face and a light distribution face; a first light incidence part having a first end and a second end on which at least one first light guiding unit is provided, the first light guiding unit being arranged to receive a first light and direct the first light into the light guide body part; a second light incidence part having a first end and a second end on which at least one second light guiding unit is provided, the second light guiding unit being arranged to receive a second light and direct the second light into the light guide body part, wherein the light distribution face is arranged to reflect the first/second light directed into the light guide body part towards the light exit face.
VEHICLE LIGHTING FIXTURE
A vehicle lighting fixture can achieve uniform projection of light while being capable of providing improved luxurious sense of projected light. The vehicle lighting fixture can include a housing, an outer lens configured to cover an opening of the housing to define a lighting chamber; and a light source and a light guiding lens located in the lighting chamber. The light guiding lens is configured so as to receive light from the light source and guide the light to a light exiting surface thereof for light projection. The light guiding lens has a functional surface which is opposite to the light exiting surface and can include a plurality of flute cuts configured to diffuse light and a plurality of prism cuts configured to reflect light. The plurality of prism cuts are arranged at random on the functional surface.

A reflector unit may behave as a retroreflector to reflect light of a selected color. The reflector unit may comprise a first reflector having a first color, a second reflector having a second color, and a mask that either allows incoming light to reach the first reflector and not the second reflector or allows incoming light to reach the second reflector and not the first reflector. An active light unit may emit light of a particular color in response to receiving light. In this fashion, the active light unit may simulate the operation of a reflector. The reflector unit and the active light unit may operate on a bi-directional vehicle.

LIGHT GUIDING DEVICE AND VEHICLE LAMP
The present utility model discloses a light guiding device and a vehicle lamp. The light guiding device includes a light guide medium component configured to allow light to be transmitted through it from one end thereof to another end thereof. A light guide fixing component is arranged on the light guide medium component and configured to fix the light guide medium component, wherein the light guide medium component and the light guide fixing component are both at least partly made of a transparent material. The light guide fixing component has a light directing portion configured to direct the light leaked from the light guide medium component into the light guide fixing component to exit the light guide fixing component away from a predetermined direction. Using the light guiding device and the vehicle lamp according to the present utility model can prevent light exiting the light guide fixing component from forming undesirable light spots in an undesirable direction.

The present invention relates to a lighting device for vehicles including at least one diffuser body suitable for receiving light emitted by a light source so as to diffuse the light externally to the body. The diffuser body includes a solid matrix of transparent polymer material which incorporates a plurality of bubbles or cavities, wherein the solid matrix performs the transmission of light within the body by subsequent reflections and wherein the bubbles perform the diffusion of light and the extraction thereof outside the body by subsequent refractions.
