Lighting device for a motor vehicle
A lighting device includes lens which delimits the inner region of the lighting device and is configured so that light exits outwards from the inner region. The lighting device includes one or more light sources in the inner region to emit a first light radiation in a first wavelength range, the lens being non-transparent to the first light radiation. The inner region also includes one or more elements, each of which contains a photoluminescent phosphor, the element(s) being arranged to be illuminated by the first light radiation. The photoluminescent phosphor is configured to emit a second light radiation in a second wavelength range, based on the first light radiation illuminating the element(s), the second light radiation at least partly exiting through the lens which is transparent to at least a part of the second light radiation.
Exterior lighting
Light-based devices may be provided that emit light. The light-based devices may be incorporated into systems such as vehicles. The light-based devices may include light sources such as light-emitting diodes and lasers. Mirrors may be used to collimate light from the light sources. Light modulators may be used to pattern light from the light sources. The light sources may include light sources of different colors. Arrays of pixels may be used to provide dynamically varying patterns of emitted light. A light source may produce light that is diffracted by an array of diffractive elements on a window. Mechanical and electrical shutters may obscure light sources, mirrors, and light-emitting components mounted on windows.
Lamp for vehicle
A lamp for vehicle includes a light source unit that generates light, a shield unit that selectively transmits a portion of the light of the light source unit, and a lens unit that concentrates the light transmitted through the shield unit to a road surface. The shield unit includes at least one protrusion member that protrudes outwardly from a surface of the shield unit.
Vehicle lamp
A vehicle lamp suppressing design deterioration due to moire is provided. The vehicle lamp includes: a first plate material including a plurality of first light transmissive areas transmitting light therethrough and a first light non-transmissive area positioned between the plurality of first light transmissive areas and not transmitting light therethrough; a second plate material including a plurality of second light transmissive areas transmitting light therethrough and a second light non-transmissive area positioned between the plurality of second light transmissive areas and not transmitting light therethrough, the second plate material being layered on the first plate material; and a light source that emits light via the plurality of first light transmissive areas of the first plate material and the plurality of second light transmissive areas of the second plate material, where the plurality of second light transmissive areas are larger, in acreage, than the plurality of first light transmissive areas.
