A vehicle light is provided with a housing which partially delimits an interior and has an open side. A light source assembly is positioned inside the housing. An at least partially transparent outer lens is positioned on the open side of the housing. The outer lens is attached to the housing with a snap-fit assembly and a seal assembly to obtain a fluid-tight seal. The seal assembly contains a seal placed in a circumferential groove on the housing. The snap-fit assembly has a snap-fit component on the outer lens, which engages in the groove and is snapped onto the housing inside the groove. When fully assembled, the snap-fit component bears on the seal and the outer lens is releasably attached to the housing.

LIGHTING DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
20260063268 · 2026-03-05 ·

A lighting device for a motor vehicle is provided with numerous light sources, at least one optical component in the form of a microstructured film and/or microstructured optical panel, and a collecting and/or focusing lens. The lighting device is configured such that the light from the light sources passes through the collecting and/or focusing lens before passing through the at least one optical component.

COMMUNICATION DEVICE FOR VEHICLES
20260061932 · 2026-03-05 ·

A communication device for vehicles having of light sources and control means for generating light patterns or light animations directed at individual road users. The light sources are arranged on a common planar carrier in a matrix-like manner and can be controlled individually. An environment sensor unit is provided for detecting road users. A control unit is provided for controlling the light sources, depending on the detected road user, such that a light pattern visualizing the current driving state of the vehicle or a light animation is generated. A cover having a plurality of lamellar struts and strip-shaped passages is connected to the light module on the light emission side, by which a first part of the light generated by the light module is transmitted through the strip-shaped passages and a second part of the light generated by the light module is not transmitted by means of the lamellar struts.

Side turn indicator integrated with a fender of a vehicle

Vehicle fenders for vehicles include a side turn indicator. A vehicle fender may include a recess portion, and the side turn indicator, including a light source, may be disposed in the recessed portion. The vehicle fender may hide, or otherwise obscure, the light source when the side turn indicator in an inactive mode (e.g., not illuminated). However, when the light source is in an active mode (e.g., the side turn indicator is illuminated), light from the light source is visible through any structure of the side turn indicator and the side turn indicator is visible to present an indication to which the vehicle may turn. Further, the side turn indicator, when illuminated, is generally no longer hidden/obscured by the vehicle fender.

Vehicle lamp

A vehicle lamp includes: a light-transmitting cover; a semiconductor light-emitting element, wherein light emitted from the semiconductor light-emitting element passes through the light-transmitting cover; a pair of light-shielding walls disposed on both sides of the semiconductor light-emitting element and blocking a portion of the light emitted by the semiconductor light-emitting element; wherein a space is formed between the pair of light-shielding walls and the light-transmitting cover; the light-transmitting cover is subjected to processing for diffusing the light passing through the light-transmitting cover; and when a portion of the light emitted by the semiconductor light-emitting element is blocked by the pair of light-shielding walls and another portion of the light passes through the light-transmitting cover, a segment emission area including an outer shape defined by the pair of light-shielding walls is formed on the light-transmitting cover.

Running light for a vehicle

A running light for a vehicle includes at least one light source, a number of first optical waveguides on a first side, a number of second optical waveguides on a second side opposite the first side. One of the first waveguides emits light from the at least one light source in both the main beam direction, which runs along a main axis orthogonal to a secondary axis connecting the first side and second side, as well as in a first area toward the number of second waveguides. The second waveguide emits the light from the at least one light source in both the main beam direction and in a second area toward the number of first waveguides.

Indicator and outer mirror

An indicator provided on an outer mirror of a vehicle includes: a light transmission portion formed in a mirror surface portion of a mirror member of the outer mirror; and a light emission portion disposed on a side opposite to an exposure surface side being exposed to the outside of the mirror member in such a way that the light emission portion can emit light through the light transmission portion. The light transmission portion includes a plurality of linear transmission portions each extending in a horizontal direction and also being aligned in a vertical direction.

Provided is a vehicle lighting fixture capable of achieving a three-dimensional appearance, and a lighting fixture unit capable of emitting light having uniform brightness. The vehicle lighting fixture includes: a light-emitting body; an inner lens that emits light from the light-emitting body to at least a front side; and a light-transmitting member positioned away from the inner lens, and provided with a light-blocking pattern that blocks a portion of the light from the inner lens. The lighting fixture unit includes: an annular light-guiding body having incident surfaces on the left and right sides formed facing outward in a left-right direction at locations each vertically offset from a central axis, and guides and emits light incident from the incident surfaces to the front side; and an inner lens disposed on the front side along the annular light-guiding body that emits light from the annular light-guiding body to the front side.
