Provided is a vehicular lamp including a lens unit, a light source module that includes a reflection unit disposed to have a gap from the lens unit and accommodating a light emitting element, a bezel unit that abuts the light source module and provides the gap between the lens unit and the light source module, and a thermoelectric circulation unit that provides air that has passed through a thermoelectric module to the inside of the gap, wherein a heat absorption unit of the thermoelectric module is in contact with the light source module.

An accent lamp (10) having a solid state light source (4), such as LEDs, is attachable to a rear surface of an automotive headlamp (40) opposite the light-generating capsule (44). Accent lamp (10) has first retaining member (20), such as a clamp, formed above printed circuit board (8) on which LED (4) is mounted. Headlamp base (60) defines light passageway (45), formed as a light guide (42), extending from outermost peripheral surface (63) to an upper surface (61) on which lamp capsule (44) is retained. Accent lamp (10) is readily detachably mounted to headlamp (40), preferably by resilient first and second retaining members (20, 24), and, when mounted, can be biased to promote optical coupling of light source (4) to light guide (42).

A ventilation apparatus of a lamp module for vehicles may include a lamp housing, a lamp installed in the lamp housing and emitting light through a light transmitting part, a light transmitting lens covering an opening of the lamp housing and transmitting the light emitted from the light transmitting part, an intake hole part formed through the lamp housing and arranged at one side of the lamp, an exhaust hole part formed through the lamp housing and arranged at the other side of the lamp, an exhaust pipe coupled to the lamp housing and connected to the exhaust hole part, and an exhaust pump connected to the exhaust pipe and forcibly discharging the air between the lamp housing and the light transmitting lens through the exhaust pipe.

Apparatus for using heat pipes in controlling temperature of an LED light unit

A light emitting diode (LED) light unit is disclosed. For example, the LED light unit includes at least one support plate having one or more inner openings. At least one LED array may be coupled to an LED board. The LED light unit also includes at least one heat pipe coupled to the LED board, wherein said LED board is coupled to the at least one support plate.
