Attachable lighting device for a boat
In some aspects of the disclosure, an attachable lighting device has a lighting assembly which includes a light housing, an attaching base, and one or more optical sources. The light housing is attached to the top of the attaching base and contains the one or more optical sources. The attachable lighting device has a receiving base which is attachable to an attachment surface of a boat. The attaching base is attachable to the receiving base.
Covalent Organic Frameworks
Chemically and thermally stable covalent organic framework (COF) materials are configured and operative as solid adsorbents for capturing gases and water.
Luminaire optical device color compensation
A luminaire including an LED light source, a plurality of color filters, an optical device, and a control system is provided. In response to receiving an optical device setting value via a data link, the control system moves the optical device according to the setting value, calculates modified positions for one or more of the color filters based on an effect of the optical device on the color of the light beam of the luminaire, and causes the one or more color filters to move to their modified color filter positions, in order to reduce the effect of the optical device on a beam color emitted by the luminaire.
ILLUMINATED WALKING ASSISTANCE APPARATUS
An illuminated walking assistance apparatus is disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the apparatus provides an elongated staff having a ground-engaging tip portion at a first end and a handle at an opposing second end. The staff provides a light pipe positioned proximal the tip portion and having a light-emitting member disposed therein to selectively illuminate the ground proximal the tip portion. The staff further provides a pilot light positioned in the handle which is always on so as to facilitate locating the apparatus in a dark environment.
Solid state continuous white light source
A solid state illumination system is provided as a replacement for conventional arc light, metal halide and Xenon white-light sources for applications in microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, and endoscopy. The solid state illumination system generates high quality white light output from LED light sources. The white light output is continuous in the visible spectrum from 380 nm to 650 nm and is suitable for imaging all the most common fluorophores and fluorescent proteins. In embodiments, an LED light pipe engine is used to generate a portion of the spectral content of the white light output.
Portable lamp
A portable lamp, mainly includes a framework, reflecting seat, power box and positioning mechanism, where the reflecting seat is configured on the inner edge of one side of the framework, the power box is coupled pivotally inside the framework through the positioning mechanism and can be rotated relatively to the framework and positioned through the positioning mechanism, and the power box has a light emitting unit which can be rotated with the power box and illuminate toward the reflecting seat or in other directions, thereby allowing the present invention to form a lamp capable of the adjustment of an illumination direction.
AEROSOL GENERATING DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING OUTER COVER FOR AEROSOL GENERATING DEVICE
An aerosol generating device includes a main body and an outer cover coupled to the main body, wherein the outer cover includes a circuit layer, a base layer, a light-transmitting layer, a shielding layer, and a coating layer, which are sequentially arranged in a direction from a rear surface of the outer cover toward a front surface of the outer cover, and one or more light-emitting units arranged on the circuit layer, the base layer, the light-transmitting layer, the shielding layer, and the coating layer include a material capable of transmitting light, and light emitted from the light-emitting units sequentially passes through the base layer, the light-transmitting layer, the shielding layer, and the coating layer.
LUMINAIRE OPTICAL DEVICE COLOR COMPENSATION
A luminaire including an LED light source, a plurality of color filters, an optical device, and a control system is provided. In response to receiving an optical device setting value via a data link, the control system moves the optical device according to the setting value; calculates a numeric value for a color change associated with the optical device setting value by calculating a position change value for at least one color filter, the position change value based on the optical device setting value; for the at least one color filter, calculates a modified color filter position based on the position change value and a current color filter position of the at least one color filter and causes the at least one color filter to move to the modified color filter position.
Color control in light fixture with subtractive color mixing system and additional filter
A method for controlling a subtractive color mixing system in a light fixture, comprising a light source, the subtractive color mixing system comprising a plurality of subtractive color filters, and an additional filter. The method is for emitting light having a target color upon having traversed the additional filter, such as upon having traversed the subtractive color mixing system and the additional filter and optionally being emitted from the light fixture. The method comprising receiving target information indicative of, such as defining, the target color, calculating a target control setpoint for each subtractive color filter within the plurality of subtractive color filters based on the target information, and calibration data, which for a plurality of sets of calibration control setpoints is indicative of an emitted color, controlling each of the subtractive color filters according to each calculated target control setpoint for each of the subtractive color filters.
