A soft box is provided. The soft box includes a collapsible frame that supports a fabric shell, a backplate, a support spindle, support rods extending from the back plate and operatively attached to the support spindle. The soft box may include a deflector plate that is removably attached to the support spindle by magnetic force. The soft box may also include a locking knob pivotally attached to the back plate and configured to removably attach an adapter ring to the back plate and tilt radially outwardly relative to the back plate while remaining attached to the back plate to enable removal of the adapter ring. The soft box may also include a mount that is configured to attach to a light fixture that does not use an adapter ring to attach the light fixture to the soft box.

A lamp comprising: a light source, a cover configured to block the transmission of light from the light source, a cover interface portion configured to interface with the cover such that the cover is disposed for upward and downward movement with respect to the light source between a first position which is configured to fully block the transmission of light from the light source and at least one second position configured to allow light from the light source to illuminate an area around the lamp, the lamp comprising a track system operatively associated with the cover. The tracking system comprises at least one track and at least one tracking element, the track system configured for retaining the at least one tracking element for sliding movement along the at least one track to enable to be held at various heights.

A lamp comprising: a light source, a cover configured to block the transmission of light from the light source, a cover interface portion configured to interface with the cover such that the cover is disposed for upward and downward movement with respect to the light source between a first position which is configured to fully block the transmission of light from the light source and at least one second position configured to allow light from the light source to illuminate an area around the lamp, the lamp comprising a track system operatively associated with the cover. The tracking system comprises at least one track and at least one tracking element, the track system configured for retaining the at least one tracking element for sliding movement along the at least one track to enable to be held at various heights.

A lighting apparatus including a base is provided. The base includes a through-hole. The through-hole is aligned with an optical path of laser light for receiving and transmitting the laser light. A light emitter which, when irradiated with the laser light transmitted through the through-hole, radiates light by converting a wavelength of the laser light. An attachment component is provided on the base for attachment of the light emitter to the base. The light emitter is removable from the base. A light blocker opens the optical path of the laser light by being contacted by the light emitter when the light emitter is attached to the base, and blocks the optical path of the laser light when the light emitter is removed from the base.

A lighting apparatus including a base is provided. The base includes a through-hole. The through-hole is aligned with an optical path of laser light for receiving and transmitting the laser light. A light emitter which, when irradiated with the laser light transmitted through the through-hole, radiates light by converting a wavelength of the laser light. An attachment component is provided on the base for attachment of the light emitter to the base. The light emitter is removable from the base. A light blocker opens the optical path of the laser light by being contacted by the light emitter when the light emitter is attached to the base, and blocks the optical path of the laser light when the light emitter is removed from the base.

A flameless candle includes: a candle body forming an interior region, wherein the candle body includes an upper surface and an aperture in the upper surface; a light source positioned in the interior region of the candle body; a force-inducing portion configured to alternatively induce a first mechanical force and a second mechanical force; and a projection screen. The projection screen is configured to receive the first mechanical force and responsively move to a first position and receive the second mechanical force and responsively move to a second position. When the projection screen is moved to the second position, the light source is automatically energized such that a light is emitted onto the projection screen. When the projection screen is moved to the first position, the light source is automatically de-energized such that the light is not emitted.

A flameless candle includes: a candle body forming an interior region, wherein the candle body includes an upper surface and an aperture in the upper surface; a light source positioned in the interior region of the candle body; a force-inducing portion configured to alternatively induce a first mechanical force and a second mechanical force; and a projection screen. The projection screen is configured to receive the first mechanical force and responsively move to a first position and receive the second mechanical force and responsively move to a second position. When the projection screen is moved to the second position, the light source is automatically energized such that a light is emitted onto the projection screen. When the projection screen is moved to the first position, the light source is automatically de-energized such that the light is not emitted.

A plant growing apparatus including a chamber for growing plants. The chamber includes a base for receiving the plants, a lid movably mounted in relation to the base having an outer face and an opposite inner face, and a collapsible screen having an inner surface and being mounted between the base and the lid for closing the chamber. The collapsible screen is operable between an extended configuration and a collapsed configuration. The collapsible screen is configured to collapse upon approaching the lid towards the base and to extend, upon distancing the lid away from the base. The plant growing apparatus also includes a horticultural lamp mounted on the inner face of the lid.

A lamp, including: a plate, material thereof being optically transparent, the plate including two parallel surfaces and at least one rough width surface for illuminating outside the lamp; a plurality of illuminating sources disposed adjacent and along at least another width surface of the plate; and a user-movable shutter, for covering any of the plurality of illuminating sources, thereby the at least one rough width surface is uniformly illuminated, and thereby moving of the shutter adjusts intensity of the uniform illumination.
