A lighting device may be provided that includes: a housing having a top opening and a bottom opening; an optical plate disposed in the top opening; heat sink disposed in the bottom opening; a driving unit which is received in the housing, disposed between the optical plate and the heat sink and receives external electric power; and light source which is received in the housing, disposed between the optical plate and the driving unit, spatially separated from the driving unit and is electrically connected to the driving unit.

One of a radiator plate (21) and a globe cover (13) is provided, on a part which makes contact with the other one, with a plurality of cutout sections (41), and the other one is provided, at positions corresponding to the respective cutout sections (41), with a plurality of projections (31). By engaging the cutout sections (41) and the projections (31), the globe cover (13) is attached to the radiator plate (21). This makes it possible to prevent, for a long term, the globe cover (13) which encloses a light source so as to cover the light source from being detached.

One of a radiator plate (21) and a globe cover (13) is provided, on a part which makes contact with the other one, with a plurality of cutout sections (41), and the other one is provided, at positions corresponding to the respective cutout sections (41), with a plurality of projections (31). By engaging the cutout sections (41) and the projections (31), the globe cover (13) is attached to the radiator plate (21). This makes it possible to prevent, for a long term, the globe cover (13) which encloses a light source so as to cover the light source from being detached.

A lighting apparatus includes a fixture having a fastening hole, the fastening hole including a first portion and a second portion connected to each other, and the second portion having a width smaller than a diameter of the first portion, a light source module having a fastening pin detachably fastened to the fastening hole, and an electrode terminal on the fixture and connected to the light source module, wherein the light source module is slidably moveable along a surface of the fixture, as the fastening pin is moveable within the fastening hole from the first portion to the second portion.

The mounting frame (50) and the light fixture (10) are designed such that the light fixture (10) is fastened to the mounting frame (50) by twisting the former (10) relative to the latter (50), additional securing means being provided which prevent the light fixture (10) from being twisted in the unlocking direction in a mounted position.
