In various embodiments, a light emitting diode (LED) flood lamp is provided. The LED flood lamp may include a base cap; a first housing having a first end and a second end, the first end secured to the base cap; a second housing having at least in part a partially conical shape, an end of the second housing having a smaller diameter secured to the second end of the first housing; at least one LED secured within the second; driver circuitry secured within the LED flood lamp between the end of the base cap and the at least one LED; a reflector having a partially conical shape; and a diffuser element secured to at least one of a wider end of the reflector or the end of the second housing having the larger diameter. In some embodiments, the first or second housing may include one or more vents.

Flat LED lamp assembly

An LED-based lamp assembly for use with a light fixture having a socket portion including a driver assembly having a base portion rotateably engageable with the socket portion to make a first electrical contact with the light fixture. The base portion is coupled to a driver housing. The driver assembly includes an electrically conductive tip portion coupled to the base portion. The tip portion is engageable with the socket portion to make a second electrical contact with the light fixture wherein the tip portion and driver housing are moveable relative to each other when the tip portion is in the second electrical contact with the socket portion. The driver assembly includes first electrical contacts. A lamp housing assembly is operably connected to the driver assembly. The lamp housing assembly includes second electrical contacts operatively connected to the first electrical contacts of the driver assembly.

Adjustable two bulb lamp adapter

This adjustable two bulb lamp adapter is an electrical device with a male threaded light bulb type base to permit use of two low energy CFL bulbs in place of and function as a three-way incandescent light bulb in existing shade lamps. The adapter embodies two bulb holders with limited and independent rotational adjustment in a plane parallel to the axis of the threaded base. An integral thumb wheel permits rotating and securing the adapter base into the receiving socket while the two bulbs are held in a fixed position. An included adjuster allows utilization as a two bulb adapter for a single filament bulb type socket. These adjustments provide means to optimize fit and light distribution in existing lamp shades and other applications. The concept of using the adapter's adjustable two bulb sockets greatly enhances selecting lower energy CFL bulbs to achieve higher levels of illumination in more applications than available in fixed adapters.
