The connecting post may have electrical connections situated to receive electrical power from the support post. The one or more exchangeable lighting heads may include a housing containing a light source.

The decorative termination device includes a locking connector configured to physically couple with and secure to terminal electrical connector of the decorative lighting display. When secured to the terminal electrical connector of the decorative lighting display, a locking mechanism prevents decoupling of the locking connector in response to a gravitational force upon the decorative termination device. The decorative termination device includes a decorative ornament connected to the locking connector. The decorative ornament has a mass greater than a mass of a single lighting element of the decorative lighting display.

A bulb holder clip includes a tubular body and a slot. The body surrounds an interior volume and extends to an open end of the body.
