LED lighting and connecting system
An LED lighting system comprising at least one LED luminaire is provided. An LED luminaire may comprise at least one longitudinally extending LED light source, a first LED light source holder holding a first end of the LED light sources and having a first electrical socket in electrical communication with the LED light sources. A second LED light source holder holds a second end of the LED light sources. The LED light source holders are configured to hold the LED luminaire in place.
End cap for a tubular light source
An end cap (104) for a tubular light source (102), the tubular light source (102) being configured to be arranged in a lighting fixture (106) comprising at least one socket (108), wherein the end cap (104) comprises a housing (202), two connector pins (112) at least partly arranged on an outside of the housing (202) and adapted to fit in the socket, and a switch assembly comprising a switch element (110) arranged in between the two connector pins (112) and at least partly protruding from an opening in the housing (202), wherein a first side of the switch element (110) is adapted to fit into a slot in a socket (108) and wherein the switch assembly is configured to form a conductive path between the socket (108) and the tubular light source (102) through an axial rotation of the switch element (110) in relation to the housing (202) as the tubular light source (102) is rotatably mounted in the fixture (106).
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR SUPPORTING A LAMP
An apparatus for supporting a lamp is described. The apparatus includes a top plate for mounting to a structure. The top plate includes at least one protrusion. A housing includes at least one slot for accepting the at least one protrusion such that the housing and the top plate are capable of being removably coupled together. A socket is positioned at least partially within the housing and adapted to provide electrical current to the lamp when the lamp is connected to the socket.
LAMPHOLDER AND LUMINAIRE
A lampholder and a luminaire are provided. The lampholder includes a recess, a base of which has a luminous unit installing side; and a reflecting flank, extending from the recess and having a reflecting face facing the luminous unit installing side. The luminaire includes the lampholder. With the lampholder and the luminaire, conventionally discrete lampholder and light reflecting shade are made into an integral lampholder, so that structure is more simple, and the connecting step of a light emitting shade and a lampholder is cut down. In addition, the recess configuration of the lampholder is usable for accommodating an externally arranged power supply of a luminous unit, thereby saving the storage space, and reducing the warehousing and logistics costs.
Adjustable bracket assembly
Embodiments of an adjustable panel assembly are disclosed. According to one embodiment, at least one adjustable articulating arm assembly connects a support elements having a plurality of equal sized side apertures to adjustable panel ends, providing an adjustable panel assembly with pivot hinges to rotate the adjustable panel about a common longitudinal axis for paired pivot hinges. Fixed top and side panels may be provided for each pair of corresponding support elements. Adjustable modular lighting and heating elements may be adapted between corresponding support elements to provide light or heat to a surface area below or within the panel assembly. The adjustable panel assembly components can be disassembled and/or collapsed into substantially flat shipping containers for ease of distribution and portability.
METHOD AND ASSEMBLY FOR REPLACING FLUORESCENT LIGHTS
End caps that attach to any standard tubing to facilitate mounting a tube with LEDs into an existing fluorescent lamp cabinet. The tube can be cut to a desired length. The end caps can be supported by the fluorescent fixtures or mounting brackets in the cabinet. An assembly comprising a light emitting diode (LED) lamp for replacing fluorescent tube lights.
Light tube having rotatable end caps
A light tube having rotatable end caps includes a tube body, two positioning connectors and two rotatable end caps. The two positioning connectors are disposed at the two ends of the tube body respectively. Each of the positioning connectors includes a base and a cylindrical body disposed on the base. The base is provided with a waved positioning structure between the outer edge of the base and the outer surface of the cylindrical body. The two rotatable end caps are disposed at the two positioning connectors respectively. Each of the rotational end caps is rotatably connected to the cylindrical body of the positioning connector corresponding thereto. Each of the rotatable end caps has an elastic element corresponding to the waved positioning structure and engaged with the wave structure.
