LIGHTING DEVICE
20210254818 · 2021-08-19 ·

A lighting device is disclosed in the present disclosure. The lighting device includes a support assembly, an illuminant assembly, and a switch assembly. The illuminant assembly is connected to the support assembly and capable of being rotated to the support assembly. When the illuminant assembly is rotated to a position at which an angle between the illuminant assembly and the support assembly is less than or equal to a first angle threshold, the switch assembly turns to an on-state. In this way, the lighting device has a function of a switch.

Pivot device for a navigation light

A device for pivoting a navigation light and methods that use the device can include a mount assembly with an attachment for attaching the device to a structure. A pivot assembly can be supported by the mount assembly, with the pivot assembly configured to pivot the navigation light to one or more operating, service, or hold positions. A brake pin with an end sized and shaped to fit within an indentation of a disc of the pivot assembly can secure the pivot assembly against rotation when the second end is accommodated by the indentation.

A light head for a medical device support system. The light head includes a housing base, an annular shape first lens, a housing cover, and a motion transfer member. The housing cover includes a cavity within which the annular shape first lens is rotatable about a rotation axis. The housing cover includes a second lens. The annular shape first lens and the second lens are in a light emitting path of the plurality of light emitting elements. The motion transfer member is configured to movably interact with a boss of the annular shape first lens to rotate the annular shape first lens about the rotation axis and within the cavity. A periphery of the annular shape first lens includes guide members configured to position the boss of the annular shape first lens to movably interact with the motion transfer member.

Collision risk mitigation pedestrian light emitter
11100768 · 2021-08-24 ·

A collision risk mitigation pedestrian light emitter is a safety device through which a pedestrian's presence is visually signaled to a vehicle operator to decrease collision potential. The safety device includes a first telescoping leg, a second telescoping leg, a light-emitting device, a power source, and a locking mechanism. The first telescoping leg and second telescoping leg are terminally and hingedly connected to each other to form an L-shaped structure. The locking mechanism secures the L-shaped structure and is mechanically integrated between the first telescoping leg and second telescoping leg. The light-emitting device visually indicates the pedestrian's presence and is adjacently mounted to the first telescoping leg to enable variable light height adjustment. The light-emitting device is powered by and electrically connected to the power source mounted to the first telescoping leg. The second telescoping leg is used to mount/attach the safety device to the pedestrian, preferably to a backpack.
