DOWNLIGHT APPARATUS
A downlight apparatus includes a light source, a light holder, a driver box, a fixing bracket and two torsion springs. The light holder is used for placing the light source. The light holder has a first side defining a light opening. The driver box is placed on a second side of the light holder. The driver box contains a driver for converting an external power to a driving current supplied to the light source to emit a light from the light opening. The fixing bracket is coupled to the light holder for fixing to an installation cavity. The fixing bracket has a bottom plate and two connector plate. The bottom plate is fixed to the second side of the light holder. The two connector plates are disposed vertically to the bottom plate. Each connector plate has two side units. Each torsion spring has an elastic center and two arms.

Spotlight with a vertical central axis (Z-Z), comprising: a housing (210;110) extending between a bottom end for carrying a light source (L) and with a central axis passing through said ends; a displaceable frame (130;230;330;430); a support arm (120;220) for supporting the housing, which extends parallel to the vertical central axis (Z-Z) and a bottom end of which is rotationally connected to the top end of the housing (110;220), so as to allow rotation of the housing relative to the support arm (120;220) about a longitudinal axis of rotation (S-S) perpendicular to the vertical axis (Z-Z), between a non-rotated position, in which the housing is arranged with its central axis coinciding with the vertical central axis (Z-Z) of the spotlight, and a completely rotated position, in which the housing is arranged at an angle of at least 90 relative to the vertical central axis (Z-Z), wherein the longitudinal axis of rotation (S-S) of the housing is arranged in a position offset in the transverse direction relative to the vertical central axis (Z-Z) on the opposite side to the support arm (120;220); means for rotationally actuating the housing about the longitudinal axis (S-S), arranged inside the housing; means (160;260) for rotationally actuating the support arm (120;220) relative to the movable frame, about an axis parallel to the central vertical axis (Z-Z).

The present invention belongs to the technical field of a stadium light, in particular to a novel stadium light, including a light panel mounting plate and a plurality of light panel modules mounted on the light panel mounting panel. The light panel mounting plate is provided with a heat dissipation plate at one side thereof being far away from the light panel module. The heat dissipation plate is fixedly connected with the light panel mounting plate. The other side of the heat dissipation plate is fixedly mounted with a power supply mechanism for supplying power to the light panel module.
