The site light also includes a light assembly in operable communication with the power system and coupled to and movable together with the second end of the telescopic arm, where the light assembly is operable in a first light mode in which the light assembly outputs approximately 13,000 lumens of light, and a second light mode in which the light assembly outputs approximately 20,000 lumens of light.
Lighting Device
To improve design of a lighting device. A lighting device includes optically transparent glass plates provided on side faces and placed on an optical path of light emitted from a light source, where some or all of the optically transparent glass plates contain an optically transparent battery adapted to drive the light source; and an optically transparent glass plate that contains a transparent conductive film by being provided on a bottom face, wherein the optically transparent battery is placed in contact with a pair of transparent conductive film layers, which are connected to the light source. The pair of transparent conductive film layers are formed in a pair of parallel linear grooves formed in a surface of the optically transparent glass plate on the bottom face, and a tabular positive tab and negative tab of the optically transparent battery fit in respective ones of the pair of grooves.
LED light tubes, light boxes including LED light tubes and methods for installation of LED light tubes in light boxes
Light emitting diode (LED) light tubes having rotatable end cap assemblies are described. The LED light tubes include a hollow tube and a circuit board with LED chips thereon. The end cap assemblies are provided on either end of the tube. Each end cap assembly includes a socket cap, a plug having a plug body and at least one connector, and an end cap body, one end of which engages one of the ends of the hollow tube. A cam locking mount that is positioned within the plug body and on the opposite side has projections to be positioned in the bore of the end cap body. A rotation cam is seated in the cam locking mount and provides for controlled rotation of the LED tube relative to the end caps. Methods of installing the LED light tubes in new installations and retrofit installations and for use in sign assemblies are also described.
ELONGATED MODULAR HEAT SINK WITH COUPLED LIGHT SOURCE
An elongated modular heat sink array having through power and/or data flowing from end to end powering and/or communicating with externally mounted coupled electronic devices.
Channels and lenses for linear lighting
Channels and channel covers for linear lighting are disclosed. The channels have an upper compartment for linear lighting and a lower compartment that may be used as a raceway, to engage parts, and for rear entry of wires. Endcaps for the channels may engage the lower compartment. Cover-lenses for linear lighting channels are also disclosed. The cover-lenses may include diffusing material and implement a thickness gradient in order to maximize the amount of diffusing material where the emitted light intensity is expected to be greatest. Diverging Fresnel features may be superimposed on the thickness gradient in order to counteract any converging effect of the thickness gradient and cause emitted light to spread more evenly.
Lighting Assembly with LEDs and Optical Elements
A lighting apparatus includes a circuit board and light emitting diodes (LEDs) attached to the circuit board. The LEDs are arranged in an array of row and columns and are attached to the circuit board are arranged in a single plane. A support substrate supports the circuit board. Optical elements are configured to redirect light from the plurality of LEDs. Each optical element is substantially the same as all other optical elements. Each LED is associated with a single optical element and each optical element is associated with a single LED. The lighting apparatus is configured to direct light away from the circuit board so that the light is directed so as to illuminate a substantially rectangular area that is off-center relative to the light assembly. The substantially rectangular area has an edge that is at least 14 feet in length.
LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE, INTEGRATED LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE, AND LIGHT-EMITTING MODULE
A light-emitting device includes a base including a conductive wiring; a light-emitting element mounted on the base and configured to emit light; a light reflective film provided on an upper surface of the light-emitting element; and a encapsulant covering the light-emitting element and the light reflective film. A ratio (H/W) of a height (H) of the encapsulant to a width (W) of a bottom surface of the encapsulant is less than 0.5.
PLANAR LIGHT SOURCE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A planar light source includes a wiring substrate including an insulating layer comprising a first through-hole, a second through-hole, a first wiring layer, and a second wiring layer; a light source including a first electrode and a second electrode, a light guide member; a first wiring member including a first portion filling the first through-hole and electrically connected to the first electrode and a second portion disposed below the insulating layer, continuous with the first portion, and in contact with the first wiring layer; and a second wiring member including a third portion filling the second through-hole and electrically connected to the second electrode and a fourth portion disposed below the insulating layer, continuous with the third portion, and in contact with the second wiring layer. The first and second wiring layers are arranged at opposite sides of the first and second through-holes in a top plan view.
MULTIFUNCTION LIGHTING MODULE AND ITS USE
An integrated lighting insert is provided for multi-function automotive vehicle lighting that has minimal space requirements and provides different lighting functions in a single device with an electronic control module that can easily interface with vehicle electronics. The insert a housing and a plurality of light transmission portions, a plurality of light sources integrated into the housing, each one configured for a different predetermined function associated with a particular use of a condition of or a state of the automobile.
