Organic lighting device and lighting equipment
A glazing comprising a luminous means with a substrate having a first main surface, to which a first electrode is applied, a second electrode, and an organic layer stack within an active region of the substrate between the first and the second electrode, wherein the organic layer stack comprises at least one organic layer which is suitable for generating light, wherein the luminous means is arranged between two glass plates of the glazing of a window. Also, storage furniture is disclosed comprising a storage element shaped in planar fashion and having at least one storage surface and at least one radiation-emitting component, and at least one holding apparatus for holding the storage element.
Charging device and cabinet
In one embodiment, the present disclosure is directed to a cabinet having a charging device. The cabinet's housing has a cavity, a door configured both to close to cover the cavity and to open to expose the cavity, and shelves extending horizontally across the cavity. The charging device is positioned within the cavity and includes a housing, a charger for charging an electronic device, a receiving portion configured to hold the electronic device upright, a light source configured to shine through at least a portion of the device housing to illuminate the cavity of the cabinet housing, and an electrical outlet.
LAMP FOR THE INSTALLATION IN AN ELECTRIC CABINET, ELECTRIC CABINET AND OPTICAL DEVICE
Lamp for the installation in an electric cabinet comprising at least one electric light source, and an optical device with at least two optical portions for transmitting and redirecting light emitted from said electric light source, wherein the redirection characteristics of one of the optical portions differs from the redirection characteristics of the other optical portion, and wherein the two optical portions are discrete from each other and integrally formed or connected.
ROTATABLE SHELF ILLUMINATION SYSTEM
A rotatable shelf illumination system may include a rotatable shelf having a groove in which one or more light sources may be mounted. A refractive lens may be mounted in the groove covering the one or more light sources. The rotatable shelf may be, for example, a lazy susan. A removeable and rechargeable power supply may be controlled by a controller circuitry to selectively energize the one or more light sources when rotation of the rotatable shelf is detected. A magnetic field sensor may be used with the controller circuitry to detect rotational movement of the rotatable shelf. The controller circuitry may implement energy conservation measures to prolong the charge of the rechargeable power supply.
ELECTRICAL ACCESSORY CONNECTOR
An electrical connector for electrically coupling an electrical accessory to a furniture item may include a support column and a power interface set that may be provided in an interior of the support column. The power interface set may include an electrically contactable lower surface that may be spaced apart from an end of the support column. A distance between the electrically contactable lower surface of the power interface set and the end of the support column may be equal to a length of a retention portion of the support column. The retention portion and the electrically contactable lower surface of the power interface set may be together dimensioned for connection to an external power source coupled to the furniture item.
INTEGRATED LIGHTING AND POWER FOR CABINETRY AND CONNECTORS FOR SAME
A cabinet system with integrated lighting and power includes a first illumination zone associated with a cabinet, a first connector, a first light strip, and a driver. The first connector has a first port defining a first axis and a second through port with open opposite ends and defining a second axis orthogonal to the first axis. The first light strip has an elongate substrate with a first end, a second end, a plurality of illumination elements along the length of the substrate, and multiple traces extending lengthwise along the substrate. The traces include a positive and a negative power trace, a first trace connected to the illumination elements, and a second trace not connected to the illumination elements. The first end is configured to be received in any one of the first port or the opposite ends of the second through port. The driver is coupled to a power source and has a lead with a slide connector configured to slide onto the first light strip. The illumination elements are selectively controlled by controlling power to the positive and negative power traces and the first trace to selectively illuminate the first illumination zone.
Locker with Illuminated Indicia
A locker assembly having a backlit indicia includes a pair of sidewalls and a horizontal top defining a locker enclosure. At least one shelf extends at least partially between the sidewalls and defines a storage space in the locker enclosure. An illuminated panel extending at least partially between the sidewalls includes: an at least partially translucent sheet, a plurality of powered lighting elements disposed under the sheet, and a lighting enclosure cooperating with the panel to enclose the lighting elements.
Merchandise display system
The present invention relates to an arrangement (10) for a merchandise display system. The arrangement comprises a detector (5) arranged to detect the presence of a person (8) in the proximity of a display region (2) adapted to accommodate a piece of merchandise (3), a temperature adjustment device (4) arranged to adjust the temperature in the proximity of the display region, and a controller (6) configured to, based on the detection, control the temperature adjustment device. The present invention is advantageous in that the temperature difference may contribute to how the piece of merchandise is perceived by the person.
Modular furniture system
A system of modular components to assemble a desired article of furniture provides a plurality of tool-less fasteners and a collection of a plurality of furniture components selectively connectable to each other with one or more of the plurality of tool-less fasteners to assemble a desired article of furniture.
Modular wall assembly for a cosmetic fixture system
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a merchandise display system having a modular wall assembly configured to provide electrical power to one or more shelf assemblies. The wall assembly can include a vertically oriented back panel, a cross bar horizontally and detachably mounted to the back panel, a pair of vertical uprights and a top cap. The pair of vertical uprights can be detachably mounted to the cross bar with each of the vertical uprights having an electrically non-conductive portion and an electrically conductive portion. The electrically conductive portion can be electrically isolated from the cross bar by the electrically non-conductive portion. The top cap can be disposed along an upper edge of the back panel and in electrical contact with electrically conductive portion of each of the vertical uprights.
