A portable lighting device having multiple mounting features providing multiple mounting configurations allowing for hands-free lighting in various situations and locations. The portable lighting device comprises a housing with (i) a front bezel configured to receive a primary optic; (ii) a central support having a securement means and a peripheral segment configured to receive an extent of a cap of a bottle; and, (iii) a rear body having a multi-positional assembly, a coupling means residing within the multi-positional assembly, and a mounting means. The lighting device also includes an illumination assembly having a light source configured to emit light beyond the housing to illuminate a surrounding area, and a power source disposed within the housing and operably coupled to the illumination assembly. The multi-positional assembly is movable between a retracted position and a deployed position. In the retracted position, the multi-positional member resides against a rear wall of the rear body and the multi-positional member is flush with and does not extend rearward beyond the coupling means. In the deployed position, the multi-positional member extends at angle from the rear body to support the lighting device in a desired support angle relative to a support surface.
