Segmented switchable mirror lamp assembly
A segmented switchable mirror vehicle headlamp includes a light source, a switchable electrochemical film having a plurality of segments, and a controller electrically coupled with each segment of the plurality of segments, such that each segment of the plurality of segments is individually controllable for switching between a substantially transparent state and a substantially reflective state. The plurality of segments include a low-beam array of segments configured for providing a low-beam light distribution from the light source, and a high-beam array of segments configured for providing a high-beam light distribution from the light source. The controller is configured for switching the low-beam array of segments and the high-beam array of segments between the substantially transparent state and the substantially reflective state for controlling the low-beam light distribution and the high-beam light distribution, respectively.

The vehicle lamp includes a first lamp unit and a second lamp unit each including a first light source configured to emit an emission beam (visible light), a second light source configured to emit infrared light for sensing having a peak wavelength different from that of the first light source, and a light receiving unit configured to detect an intensity of reflected light of the infrared light emitted from the second light source. The light distribution control is performed on the light emitted from the first light source in accordance with the intensity of the reflected light detected by the light receiving unit, and the peak wavelength of the light emitted from the second light source of the first lamp unit and the peak wavelength of the light emitted from the second light source of the second lamp unit are different from each other.
Configurable lighting system with shared lens and first and second internal optics forming a first and second module configuration for providing two different lighting functions
A configurable vehicle lighting module system includes a shared lens that provides a first light pattern for a first vehicle lighting function and a second light pattern for a second vehicle lighting function. The shared lens includes a mounting axis as a reference for mounting on a vehicle. First internal optics direct light toward the shared lens to provide the first light pattern; second internal optics direct light toward the shared lens to provide the second light pattern. A coupling system joins the shared lens with either the first internal optics to form a first module configuration for the first vehicle lighting function or with the second internal optics to form a second module configuration for the second vehicle lighting function. The shared lens conceals physical differences between internal optics configurations such that the first and second light module configurations appear the same when viewed along the shared lens.
LED Headlamp System with Brightness Control
A headlamp illumination source that switches from a first configuration conforming to on-road illumination standards to a second configuration that does not conform to on-road illumination standards. The switching is preferably controlled by a wireless signal but in some embodiments the switching can be controlled by a hard-wired signal or by a switch proximate the illumination source itself.
Vehicle lamp structure
The invention provides a vehicle lamp structure, which includes a first substrate, a first light-emitting element, a light guide and an optical member. The first light-emitting element is disposed on the first substrate. The light guide includes a light guide body and a light guide bump. The light guide body has an arc structure facing forward. The light guide body extends backward to form the light guide bump. The first light-emitting element is arranged below the light guide bump. The optical member is arranged in front of the light guide. The first light-emitting element upwardly emits a first light ray into the light guide bumps. After being reflected by the light guide bumps, the first light ray travels forward and emits from the arc structure. The first light ray is then received by and transmitted through the optical member.
HEADLIGHT OPTICAL ELEMENT, HEADLIGHT MODULE, VEHICLE HEADLIGHT AND VEHICLE
The present disclosure relates to a vehicle lighting system, and discloses a headlight optical element. The headlight optical element includes a light incident portion, a transmission portion and a light emergent portion. The light incident portion includes at least one light incident structure; the transmission portion is arranged between the light incident portion and the light emergent portion, and includes a light transmitting portion located at the center, and light absorbing portions located on the periphery; and the light emergent portion includes a light emergent surface protruding outwards. The headlight optical element has the advantages of simple structure and convenient dimming. The present disclosure further discloses a headlight module adopting the headlight optical element, a vehicle headlight including the headlight module, and a vehicle adopting the vehicle headlight.
LAMP FOR VEHICLE AND VEHICLE INCLUDING THE SAME
A lamp for a vehicle includes a plurality of light sources and a light guide unit having a recessed region, the plurality of light sources includes a first light source configured to face a rear portion of the light guide unit, and a second light source configured to face a lower portion of the light guide unit, the light guide unit includes a first light entering portion configured such that at least a part of light emitted from the first light source enters the first light entering portion, and a second light entering portion provided in the recessed region and configured such that at least a part of light emitted from the second light source enters the second light entering portion, and the second light entering portion is positioned below a function division plane which is an imaginary plane.
LOW BEAM OPTICAL MODULE, LOW BEAM ILLUMINATION MODULE, VEHICLE LAMP AND VEHICLE
A low beam optical module includes a lens, a light-shielding sheet and at least one light concentrating portion. The light-shielding sheet includes a light-shielding sheet body. An upper edge of a front end of the light-shielding sheet body comprises a low beam cutoff line structure. A front end surface and the rear end surface of the light-shielding sheet body are transparent. The light concentrating portion is connected to a rear end of the light-shielding sheet. The lens is arranged in front of the light-shielding sheet, and an outer contour surface of the at least one light concentrating portion is engaged with a lower surface of the light-shielding sheet body—the light-shielding sheet body can receive emitted light of the light concentrating portion and refract the light from the front end surface to the lens. The projected light forms a low beam region III beam shape. A low beam illumination module, a vehicle lamp and a vehicle includes the low beam optical module.
Vehicle lamp illumination module, vehicle lamp and vehicle
A vehicle lamp, a vehicle, and a vehicle lamp illumination module. The vehicle lamp illumination module comprises light sources, a low-beam primary optical element, a high-beam primary optical element, and a secondary optical element. The low-beam primary optical element can guide light to be sequentially emitted via the low-beam primary optical element and the secondary optical element to form a low-beam shape. The high-beam primary optical element comprises multiple collimation units, wherein the surfaces of light emitting ends of the collimation units are connected together or integrally formed to form a high-beam light emitting surface. Light incident ends of the collimation units have one-to-one correspondence to the light sources, so that the light can be sequentially emitted via the high-beam primary optical element and the secondary optical element to form a lightless shape. The module has accurate light shape control, is precise in assembly, and high in light energy utilization.
