Fully adjustable landscape lighting system
A landscape lighting system comprises a plurality of landscape lighting fixtures, wherein each of the landscape lighting fixtures comprise a light source and circuitry. The circuitry is configured to receive a combined power and control signal over power supply wiring, separate the control signal from a power component of the combined signal, and cause the light source to be controlled based on the control signal.
Apparatus for a Solar Pathway Light
An apparatus includes a classification of shaded area and a light unit being configured for illumination. A solar panel is configured for at least providing an energy output during exposure of shade being classified by the classification of shaded area. A rechargeable storage device is configured for storing at least a portion of the energy output as stored energy. The stored energy recharges the rechargeable storage device. A safety device is configured for at least protecting the rechargeable storage device from substantial overcharging during exposure of direct sunlight. A cutoff threshold is configured for at least preventing a deep discharging of the rechargeable storage device. An illumination mode comprises at least the rechargeable storage device providing the stored energy, the light unit providing the illumination, the illumination lasting for at least 5 hours, and the cutoff threshold preventing the deep discharging of the rechargeable storage device.
Detector controlled headlight system
An automated headlight system for vehicles replaces the high and low beam with a continuum of beam patterns, with further variable spatial distribution of intensities and color spectrum. The digital-headlight is comprised of a controller, sensors and multiple, individually-controllable light-sources modified by optical-control elements to form narrow-beams which are then combined to create the overall headlamp beam. Utilizing real-time sensor data regarding beings, objects and vehicles in the way-ahead, as well as optional information on the driver, vehicle and environment, the logical controller dynamically adapts the headlight system's illumination so as to provide vehicle operators with optimal visibility while preventing discomfort-glare from reaching the eyes oncoming traffic or pedestrians.
DECORATIVE STONE PANEL
A decorative stone panel is provided, which comprises a natural stone panel (1), a ceramic tile (4), a light source (2) and curable transparent adhesive resin (3). The ceramic tile (4) is bonded to the inner surface of the natural stone plate (1). Counter-relies (9) are provided on the inner surface of the natural stone plate (1). The stone thickness at the bottom of the counter-reliefs (9) is 1 mm to 3.5 mm. The counter-reliefs (9) form a counter-relief figure. A cavity is provided between the counter-reliefs (9) and the body of the ceramic tile (4). The light source (2) is provided within the cavity. The cavity is also filled with curable transparent adhesive resin (3) on the side of the counter-reliefs (9) The decorative panel has good light transmitting properties and the light-transmitting surface is less prone to damage.
Safety Light
Disclosed is a light that includes a light emitting device having at least one downlight and at least one sidelight. The light also includes a power source configured to provide power to the at least one downlight and the at least one sidelight. In example embodiments, a power system utilizing the power source may include a controller configured to control power flowing from the power source to the at least one downlight and the at least one sidelight and using a timer configured to control how long power will be provided. The light may further include at least one solar cell configured to recharge the power source, and a switch operably connected to the power system so then when the switch is operated the power system routes power to at least at least one downlight and the at least one sidelight.
Apparatus for a solar pathway light
An apparatus includes a light emitting diode for at least illuminating a pathway. A rechargeable storage device provides a discharge current to the light emitting diode. A solar panel supplies a charging current to the rechargeable storage device during exposure of scattered light of at most 900 foot-candles. The ratio of the charging current to the discharge current is greater than 0.5. A safety device protects the rechargeable storage device from substantial overcharging during exposure of direct sunlight. A recharging switch supplies the charging current to the rechargeable storage device during a charging mode. A discharging switch supplies the discharge current to the light emitting diode during an illumination mode. A low light sensor effects a switching between the charging mode and the illumination mode.
Lighting system and method
The invention provides a lighting system (10) for generating a configurable spotlight effect adapted to direct the attention of an individual from an initial location (34) to a defined second location (36). In particular, the invention comprises a presence detector (14) for detecting motion of an individual (22) at a detection location (28) within a detection area, and for detecting in which direction the individual (22) is moving. A configurable light source (12) is controlled by a controller (18) to create a light effect (30, 32) from a first location (34) in front of the individual (22) based on the direction of the individual (22) toward a defined location (36) so as to thereby draw the attention of the user toward said defined location.
Modular Lighting System
A modular lighting system may include a support structure, a plurality of heat sink modules physically supported by the support structure, and one or more light source modules coupled to the plurality of heat sink modules. The plurality of heat sink modules may be arranged in a modular manner such that the number of heat sink modules in the modular lighting system is variable, and each heat sink module may be an integral molded structure defining at least one opening or passageway.
Multi-purpose solar lamp
A multi-purpose solar lamp includes an illumination lamp powered by solar power, a positioning board detachably fixed onto a wall or any plane, and a plug-in part pluggable into the ground. The positioning board and the plug-in part can be simultaneously or alternately combined to the back of the illumination lamp to allow users to conveniently fix the illumination lamp to the wall or a wooden or concrete ground or plug the plug-in part into the ground/soil as needed to achieve a multi-purpose effect.
