Modular lighting system
A modular lighting system may include a support structure, a plurality of heat sink modules physically supported by the support structure, and one or more light source modules coupled to the plurality of heat sink modules. The plurality of heat sink modules may be arranged in a modular manner such that the number of heat sink modules in the modular lighting system is variable, and each heat sink module may be an integral molded structure defining at least one opening or passageway.
Marking device, system, and control method
A marking device includes each of a plurality of pedestrian light sources that is provided on a roadway and that emits light in at least one of a first direction and a second direction along a width direction of the roadway, each of a plurality of vehicle light sources that is provided on the roadway and that emits light in at least one of a third direction and a fourth direction along an extension direction of the roadway, and a control unit that separately controls the pedestrian light sources and the vehicle light sources. The control unit lights the pedestrian light sources, causing them to mark a first pedestrian crossing to be visually recognized by a pedestrian who is going to cross the roadway, and lights the vehicle light sources, causing them to mark a second pedestrian crossing to be visually recognized by a driver of a vehicle.
OUTDOOR LIGHTING SYSTEM AND SPIKE LIGHT FOR THE SAME
Disclosed are a spike light and an outdoor lighting system. The outdoor lighting system comprises a power module, a relay module, spike lights and a PIR detection module, wherein the relay module receives a signal sent by the PIR detection module and transmits the signal to the power module; the power module receives and process the signal transmitted by the relay module, and meanwhile controls the on/off of the spike lights; the spike lights comprise a number of spike lights, each of which includes lighting lamp devices and a post, the lighting lamp devices being mounted on the post, electric wires being provided within the post; and, each of the lighting lamp devices comprises a lamp and a socket assembly, a pin electrically connected to the lighting lamp device being provided on the socket assembly, the pin being inserted into the post and puncturing the electric wires within the post.
System for forming illuminated poured surfaces
A system for forming illuminated poured surfaces is provided. The system embeds fiber optic strands into poured surfaces during the formation thereof. Each fiber optic strand may be supported by a positioning apparatus prior to and during the pouring and setting of the poured surface, wherein no part of the positioning apparatus is visible above a top surface of the operable poured surface, yet the fiber optic strands are exposed near the top surface so as to form desired patterns of points of light.
Lighting system
The invention relates to a lighting system comprising at least one light module (3), preferably a plurality of light modules (3), which can be installed in e.g. pool walls of swimming baths or footpaths and have at least one LED (4), wherein the light modules are each connected by means of at least one system cable (2) to a common central and bus-capable controller (1) and can be controlled thereby, wherein the system cable (2) is provided for power supply to the light modules (3) and for control of the respective light modules (3) from the controller (1), and wherein in each case a light module (3) which can be positioned by means of an associated system cable (2) remote from the controller (1) has a housing, which is in particular watertight, in which driver means are disposed for supplying power to the LED (4).
LUMINAIRE FOR CROSSWALK, METHOD FOR MAKING, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING
The present disclosure describes light delivery and distribution components of a light duct that can be used as a luminaire, such as a bollard-style luminaire that can be useful for the illumination of pedestrian crosswalks, the light engine useful in the luminaire, and methods for making the light engine and the luminaire. The present disclosure further describes methods for crosswalk illumination using the bollard-style luminaires, and methods of communication between bollard luminaires. The bollard luminaire includes a design that generally confines light to illuminate the crosswalk and the pedestrian in the crosswalk, such that light that could produce glare for the pedestrian and/or a driver approaching the crosswalk is minimized.
Illumination device and illumination system
An illumination device includes a detector configured to detect that a mobile terminal device has entered a communication area corresponding to the device, and a light irradiator configured to emit light for guiding a person with the mobile terminal device detected by the detector. The light irradiator emits light indicating a route through which the person with the mobile terminal device should proceed.
System of illuminating poured surfaces
A system for forming poured surfaces having a desired point of light patterns emitting from the top surface thereof is provided. The system retains the optic fibers along the desired point of light pattern through the pouring of the poured surface. The system incorporates a guide post and coupled positioning apparatus adapted to support each optic fiber prior to and during the pouring and setting of the poured surface so that the optic fibers protrude above the top surface after setting, to be cut flush, forming the desired pattern of points of light.
