LIGHTING DEVICE
A lighting device includes a first light emitting part including a first light source part and a first optical part that includes a first reflecting part and a second reflecting part. A first direction from the first reflecting part to the second reflecting part crosses a second direction from the first light source part to the second reflecting part. A direction from the first light source part to the first reflecting part is along a first plane which includes the first direction and the second direction, and crosses the second direction. A distance between the first reflecting part and the first light source part is larger than a distance between the second reflecting part and the first light source part. A light distribution angle of a first-reflecting-part light in the first plane is larger than the light distribution angle of the second-reflecting-part light in the first plane.
A LIGHTING DEVICE COMPRISING A HOUSING AND A BAG
It is an object of the invention to provide an improved lighting device, which may compensate a pressure drop occurring. Thereto, the invention provides a lighting device (10) comprising a housing (11) and a bag (15) made of a bag material; wherein the housing (11) comprises a light source (23) and a light exit window (22) for outputting light of the light source (23) to the exterior; wherein the housing (11) has a housing volume (12) filled with air (13) having a housing pressure (14); wherein the bag (15) is gastightly sealed (17) with a bag material, and is filled with a bag fluid (16), and is contained within the housing volume (12); wherein the bag (15) is configured to expand for reducing the housing volume (12) and for thereby compensating a pressure drop in the housing pressure (14) of the air (13).
COLLIMATING TORCH USING SELECTIVE MATRIX ILLUMINATION
A lighting apparatus and method of controlling a lighting apparatus are described. A power supply capable of supplying an amount of power is connected to an array of light emitting elements capable of illuminating an area in response to the supplied amount of power. At least some light emitting elements can have independently controllable illumination intensity, with the array of light emitting elements being switchable between a first mode in which each member of the array of light emitting elements received the supplied amount of power and provides a broadly collimated beam, and second mode where a subset of the array of light emitting elements receive the supplied amount of power and provides a narrower collimated beam.
ARCHITECTURAL LIGHT FIXTURE
The invention relates, inter alia, to a light fixture (10) for illuminating building surfaces (44) or partial building surfaces, in particular a spotlight (11), comprising an in particular cylindrical housing (13) in which at least one LED (14), a collimator (15) and a singular lens element (16) formed as a scattering lens, are arranged, wherein the outside diameter (17) of the lens element extends as far as an inner peripheral surface (18) of the housing (13), wherein the lens element comprises a concavely curved light entry surface (19) and a planar or slightly convexly curved light exit surface (20).
Camera wall plate with security camera
An apparatus including an adapter plate and a base. The adapter plate may comprise an interface configured to connect to an AC supply and enable a light fixture to be mounted to the adapter plate. The adapter plate may comprise a power adapter configured to provide the AC supply to the light fixture and convert the AC supply to a DC source. The base may comprise a circuit configured to receive the DC source, analyze video and generate a signal in response to the video. The base may comprise a module configured to capture the video and tilt to adjust a field of view. The base may be configured to slide in and out of the adapter plate to adjust a distance between the adapter plate and the module. Adjusting the distance may enable the module to be moved to a level that is not obstructed by the light fixture.
Modular lighting installation platform
A modular lighting installation platform includes a home base unit that is configured to be used as a junction box. The home base unit includes a housing that defines a cavity. The cavity houses circuitry that configured to convert a high voltage AC input power to a low voltage DC output power. The home base unit also includes an output port that is configured to removably couple at least one of a light fixture and an accessory to the home base unit via a low voltage cable to provide the low voltage DC output power to the at least one of a light fixture and an accessory.
Apparatus for a solar pathway light
An apparatus includes a light emitting diode for at least illuminating a pathway. A rechargeable storage device provides a discharge current to the light emitting diode. A solar panel supplies a charging current to the rechargeable storage device during exposure of scattered light of at most 900 foot-candles. The ratio of the charging current to the discharge current is greater than 0.5. A safety device protects the rechargeable storage device from substantial overcharging during exposure of direct sunlight. A recharging switch supplies the charging current to the rechargeable storage device during a charging mode. A discharging switch supplies the discharge current to the light emitting diode during an illumination mode. A low light sensor effects a switching between the charging mode and the illumination mode.
Adjustable bracket assembly
A bracket assembly is described. A center bracket may have two protrusions on a first leg portion and two protrusions on a second leg portion. The protrusions of the center bracket may be positioned and shaped to interface with arcuate guide slots on leg portions of a first bracket and a second bracket. Curvatures of the arcuate guide slots may be positioned and shaped to maintain the center bracket longitudinal axis at substantially the same angle with respect to the first bracket longitudinal axis as the center bracket longitudinal axis is with respect to the second bracket longitudinal axis as the first bracket and second bracket pivot over a range of angles about a point of rotation in an assembled configuration.
LIGHTING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
The present invention provides a lighting system. The lighting system may be mounted to the eaves of a building structure, such as a residential home. An additional aspect of the present invention is to provide a modular, adaptable and programmable lighting system and method for building a lighting system. Further, the lighting system may be provided in a waterproof or water-resistant enclosure.
Apparatus and methods for a noninvasive roof attachment system with vertical members
A non-slip roof attachment system for attaching structures to residential and commercial roofs without the use of penetrations to roofing shingles and sealing layers is described. The non-slip attachment system may be used to attach roof mounted systems such as solar panels. The non-slip attachment system also allows for the quick removal of such roof mounted systems rapidly and without the need for repair of penetrations. The non-slip attachment system uses, among other things, an array-stay retainer comprising a vertical member and a horizontal member. A high friction foam polymer padding is used to further secure the non-slip attachment system to the roof.
