COOKING APPLIANCE LIGHT
A cooking appliance light for a combination cooking appliance with a microwave cooking function, the cooking appliance light comprising: a mounting sleeve configured to fix the cooking appliance light in a recess of a cooking appliance wall; a LED illuminant arranged at the mounting sleeve wherein light from the LED illuminant is feedable through a cylindrical cavity of the mounting sleeve into a cooking cavity of the cooking appliance; a microwave trap configured as a grid shaped blocking element configured to prevent a passage of microwave radiation from the cooking cavity through the cylindrical cavity of the mounting sleeve into an ambient of the cooking appliance; and a translucent cover arranged at an axial end of the mounting sleeve and configured to prevent an entry of cooking vapors into the cylindrical cavity of the mounting sleeve.
Appliance and illuminated knob assembly
An appliance and illuminated knob assembly. The knob assembly may include a surface defining an aperture, a stationary shutter fixed relative to the surface, a light source, and a control knob. The light source may be positioned below the surface and directed toward the aperture. The control knob may define a light-transmissive portion above the surface. Moreover, the control knob may be disposed above the stationary shutter and independently rotatable relative to the aperture. The control knob may be rotatable about a rotation axis between a first position and a second position. The first position may include a light-transmissive portion circumferentially aligned with the shutter to restrict light therethrough. The second position may include the light-transmissive portion circumferentially offset from the shutter to permit light from the light source to pass through the light-transmissive portion.
Variable colour temperature lighting device for domestic electrical appliances
A lighting device for lighting an interior of a domestic electrical appliance is configured to be operated in different lighting modes which differ from one another by the spectral composition of the light of the lighting device delivered into the appliance interior. In some embodiments, the lighting device comprises two light-emitting diodes which differ from one another in terms of the spectral content of the light delivered thereby. The different lighting modes of the lighting device differ from one another by a different operating combination of the light-emitting diodes. By varying the duty cycle and the pulse frequency of a pulse-width-modulated control signal, a control assembly is able to transmit two different pieces of control information to the lighting module in order to control the two light-emitting diodes individually.
Luminaire for installation in an electrical household appliance
A luminaire for installation in an electrical household appliance, e.g. a washing machine, includes, in one embodiment, two light-emitting diodes mounted on a circuit board, an elongated luminaire housing having a light exit area, which is formed by a light-permeable piece of the housing wall, in an area of a first longitudinal end of the luminaire housing, and also a light-conducting body having a light-conducting tube which extends inside the luminaire housing and which conducts, towards the light exit area, light which is given off by the light-emitting diodes. In one embodiment, a metalizing layer provided on the inner peripheral face of the light-conducting tube rests, in heat-transmitting contact with one or more conductive traces, on the upper side of the circuit board. In addition to its light-conducting function, the light-conducting tube thus fulfills a function for discharging heat from the circuit board.
Household oven with LED illumination
A household oven includes a cooking chamber (6), a light source mount (31), an LED light source (20) arranged on the light source mount (31) to shine light into THE cooking chamber (6), a heat sink (16), and a heat pipe (15) thermally coupling the LED light source (20) to the heat sink (16). This design allows to carry off heat from the LED light source (20).
Household appliance light
A household appliance light, in particular a light for cooking devices like ovens, microwaves or steam cookers, the household appliance light including a LED configured as an illuminant; a light housing configured to be arranged at a wall of the household appliance; a light exit opening arranged in the light housing which is enclosed by a light permeable cover; a spacer element which is arranged between the LED and the light exit opening and which is arranged in front of a light outlet plane of the LED; and a reflection device which conducts light emitted by the LED to the cover, wherein the spacer element is a light conductor that is made from one uniform material, wherein the reflection device is a reflector which defines a reflector cavity, and wherein the light conductor is run into the reflector cavity.
FOOD TREATMENT DEVICE
A food treatment appliance includes a muffle having a muffle interior. Arranged outside the muffle is a light-generating facility for radiating light into the muffle interior through an opening in the muffle. A light-distributing element is arranged in the muffle interior and configured to distribute light radiating in through the opening The light-generating facility and the light-distributing element are arranged such as to define a gap there between. The food treatment appliance can be applied to cooking devices having an oven functionality and/or microwave functionality.
Lighting assembly for over the range microwave oven
A microwave appliance is provided, including a cabinet including a plurality of walls forming a cooking chamber, wherein a plurality of cabinet openings is formed at a front wall. A door is positioned adjacent to the front wall when in a closed position. A lighting system is positioned at one or more of the plurality of cabinet openings. The lighting system includes a circuit board at which a light-emitting diode (LED) is operably coupled. The lighting system includes a diffuser coupled to the circuit board and positioned around the LED. The LED is positioned in adjacent arrangement along the circuit board. The circuit board is positioned on a mount structure configured to attach to the front wall of the cabinet.
MODULAR LUMINAIRES FOR APPLIANCE LIGHTING
The luminaires of the present disclosure provide a slim profile and simple construction for use in a variety of lighting applications. A circuit board can have a plurality of light sources thereon, and a lens can at least partially encapsulate the circuit board to protect and electrically insulate the circuit board. When used, for example, in a lighted shelf application, power can be provided to the luminaire through shelf brackets along the side of the shelf panel.
APPLIANCE AND ILLUMINATED KNOB ASSEMBLY
An appliance and illuminated knob assembly are generally provided herein.
