Wireless cleaning apparatus using electrical energy to produce calories
A wireless cleaning apparatus uses electrical energy to produce calories. Steam is generated with a view to carrying out a cleaning operation by spraying steam. The steam generator includes a water tank, a heater of the water in order to produce steam, and an extractor for the steam produced heater of the steam includes storage for calories generated, prior to the cleaning operation, by electrical connections for producing heat that can be reversibly connected to an electric power supply includes a solid body, which is traversed by at least one channel or similar, which links the water tank to the means for extracting steam, and through which the water travels.
Apparatus and method for vapor generation and film deposition
An apparatus and method for generating a vapor with a compact vaporizer design and exposing the gas and liquid mixture for vaporization to a reduced maximum temperature. A gas and liquid droplet flow through a metal housing configured to heat the gas and liquid droplet mixture flow for vaporization includes directing the gas and liquid droplet mixture through an inlet of the metal housing and flowing the gas through a tortious flow path defined by a plurality of tubular flow passageways arranged around a central axis for vaporization. Residual liquid droplets may be further vaporized by flowing through a second metal housing configured to heat the gas and liquid droplet mixture for vaporization and having a similar construction to the first metal housing and providing a second tortious flow path.
Steam generator
A steam generator includes: a base module which has a water supply port for receiving steam water; and a steam module which is connected to an upper side of the base module, in which the steam module includes: a main body which has an upper surface and a lower surface; a flow pipe which is positioned at a central portion of the main body and into which the steam water flows; and a heater which supplies heat to the flow pipe, and in which another steam module is selectively coupled to an upper side of the steam module. According to this, the internal volume of the steam generator and the output of the heater provided in the steam generator can be selectively varied so as to provide an optimum output according to the volume of a cooking device in which the steam generator is installed.
Test Loop for Simulating Steam Generator with or without Axial Economizer and Test Method Thereof
Disclosed are a test loop for simulating a steam generator with or without an axial economizer and a test method thereof. The loop includes a cooling water loop, a water supply loop, a recirculated water loop and a power supply. The cooling water loop is used for condensing and cooling wet steam and providing the wet steam to the water supply loop and the recirculated water loop. The water supply loop is used for providing cold-state water supply for a test device, the recirculated water loop is used for reheating cooled water to be saturated and providing the water to the test device. The power supply is used for supplying power to heating equipment and an electric heater in the test device. The present disclosure provides a test method of the loop. Simulation tests can be carried out on a steam generator with or without an axial economizer.
Boiler
Provided is a boiler for heating fluid by a heat generation unit including heat generation bodies in a container, the boiler being able to moderately heat fluid according to various situations while heat generated by the heat generation bodies can be efficiently utilized. A boiler for heating fluid by using heat generated by heat generation bodies includes the heat generation bodies and a container having the heat generation bodies inside and configured such that the inside of the container is filled with gas with higher specific heat than that of air. The boiler includes a controller configured to control a heat generation amount of the heat generation body under a situation where the gas has been supplied into the container.
Steam generator and cooking appliance
A steam generator is provided. The steam generator may include a steam chamber, a steam heater to supply heat into the steam chamber, a water supply, through which water to generate steam may be supplied into the steam chamber, one or more interference members disposed in the steam chamber to interfere with a flow of the water introduced through the water supply, and at least one discharge to discharge the steam generated in the steam chamber. The one or more interference members may be disposed under the at least one discharge and above the water supply.
Superheated steam generator
The present invention is intended to prevent lifetime degradation of a conductor tube by reducing heat deterioration at output ports of the conductor tube. A superheated steam generator generates superheated steam by heating steam flowing through a spirally wound cylindrical conductor tube. The conductor tube is axially short-circuited and subjected to induction heating by a magnetic flux generation mechanism disposed on one or both of inner and outer sides of the conductor tube. Output ports of the conductor tube are disposed at axial midportions of the conductor tube.
