DEVICE FOR CREATING AND DISTRIBUTING VAPORIZED SCENT
20170238527 · 2017-08-24 ·

A scent vaporizing and distribution device uses an electric heating element to rapidly vaporize a liquid scent material. An airflow generator is used to create a distribution airflow that distributes the vapor from the device. The airflow generator can be an electric-powered fan or a manually-powered pump or squeezable bladder. The liquid scent material can include a glycol or a water-glycol mixture. A scent material such as liquid or powdered deer urine or a pleasant scent that can be used as a room or automobile or room freshener is mixed with the liquid. The vapor generator can be removable and replaceable such that different scents can be used with a single airflow generator or an empty generator can be replaced.

VAPORIZER DEVICE WITH PROGRESSIVE DISPLAY OF AMOUNT OF DELIVERED VAPORIZED SUBSTANCE
20220309519 · 2022-09-29 · ·

An inhalation device for inhaling a vaporized substance that includes metering capabilities to inform a user when a particular amount of substance has been consumed. The inhalation device can include a sensor that senses the vaporized substance and a processor that utilizes data from the sensor to meter the amount consumed. The inhalation device can also define a session, which is a time in which a user can consume a particular amount. During the session, a user can start and stop inhaling and resume inhaling. When the user stops inhaling the inhalation device will halt vapor production and will resume production when the user resumes inhaling.

Apparatus for generating steam

The present application relates to apparatus for generating steam. It comprises a water inlet (19), a evaporation surface (24), and a heater (26) disposed adjacent to the evaporation surface (24) to heat the evaporation surface (24) to a predetermined temperature such that water fed onto the evaporation surface (24) via the water inlet (19) forms a film on the evaporation surface (24) and is evaporated. The apparatus is configured so that water is fed to one or more regions of the evaporation surface (24), and the temperature of the water fed onto the evaporation surface (24) is lower than the predetermined temperature, so that scale on the or each region of the evaporation surface (24) to which water is fed cools at a different rate at which water on a remainder of the evaporation surface (24) cools. This causes scale on the evaporation surface (24) to break apart and be dislodged from the evaporation surface (24).

An electronic vapor device is disclosed comprising a first container for storing a vaporizable material, a vaporizer component coupled to the first container, configured for vaporizing the vaporizable material, a processor coupled to the vaporizer component, configured to control the vaporizer component in response to a disposition signal, and a network access device, coupled to the processor, configured for receiving the disposition signal from a remote server.

A STEAM GENERATOR FOR A STEAMING DEVICE
20170268161 · 2017-09-21 · ·

The present application relates to a steam generator (40) for a steaming device (10) comprising a chamber (42) having a base (46) and a liquid receiving space (47) above the base (46), a heater (50) for heating water in the liquid receiving space (47), a steam outlet (49), and a foaming restriction barrier (70) disposed between the steam outlet (49) and the base (46). The foaming restriction barrier (70) comprises a first barrier section (71) spaced from the liquid receiving space (47) between the steam outlet (49) and the liquid receiving space (47). The first barrier section (71) is configured to prevent foam from passing into the steam outlet (49). The foaming restriction barrier (70) also comprises a second barrier section (72) spaced from the first barrier section (71) between the first barrier section (71) and the liquid receiving space (47). The second barrier section (72) is configured to prevent foam from passing from the liquid receiving space (47) into an intermediate space (85) between the first and second barrier sections (71, 72). The second barrier section (72) is configured so that all the steam generated from heating water in the liquid receiving space (47) below the second barrier section (72) passes through the second barrier section (72) into the intermediate space (85) and, from the intermediate space (85) through the first barrier section (71), before passing through the steam outlet (49).

Personal vaporizer system

The present application discloses a personal vaporizer system with an e-liquid reservoir isolated from the atomizer. The isolation of the e-liquid reservoir from the atomizer eliminates particles contamination of the e-liquid held in the reservoir and chemical reactions between the atomizer and the e-liquid. Since the residence time of “fresh” e-liquid in the atomizer is only the necessary to vaporize a very small amount of e-liquid, particles contamination of the produced vapor and chemical reactions between the e-liquid and atomizer components are dramatically reduced. This represents a huge health benefit for the consumer, compared to all others personal vaporizers with an e-liquid reservoir. The disclosed system can be used in any type of personal vaporizer, for example in the electronic cigarette market.
