A FLAME DETECTION AND IGNITION DEVICE
There is disclosed an ionisation and/or ignition device comprising: an inner rod, an outer sleeve, and an electrical insulator. The inner rod comprises a semiconductor refractory material. The outer sleeve comprises a semiconductor refractory material. The electrical insulator is disposed between the inner rod and the outer sleeve. The inner rod material has a greater hardness than the outer sleeve material.
FLAME ARRESTER FOR PROCESS DEVICES
A flame arrester for a process device is provided. The flame arrester includes a flame arrester element formed of a first helix having a first axis and a second helix having a second axis, wherein the first axis and the second axis are unparallel. A housing configured to mount to the process device. The flame arrester element is mounted to the housing. A combustion analyzer employing an improved flame arrester is provided along with a method of manufacturing an improved flame arrester for process devices.
Single-piece refractory for a water heating assembly
The disclosed technology includes a water heater system having a blower, an igniter, a burner, a heat exchanger, and a refractory configured to attach to the burner and the heat exchanger. The refractory can include a unitary ceramic housing having a top and a plurality of sidewalls and be configured to retain heat from combustion gases. The top can have a burner aperture configured to receive at least a portion of the burner and the plurality of sidewalls can form a cavity configured to receive at least a portion of the heat exchanger. One or more of the sidewalls can additionally have a protrusion extending laterally along an inside surface of the sidewall that is configured to contact the heat exchanger to form a seal between the heat exchanger and the refractory. A sealing material can substantially create a seal between the refractory and the heat exchanger.
Gas combustor and safety switch thereof
A gas combustor includes: a housing, a storage cylinder, a fuel gas controlling device, an igniting device, a safety switch, and a combusting device. The safety switch has a fastening unit and a locking unit abutted against a locking bolt formed on a bottom surface of a press button; the fastening unit has an accommodation chamber allowing the locking unit to be accommodated, and a swing arm having a latching hook and longitudinally disposed at a front end of the accommodation chamber; the locking unit has a main body accommodated in the accommodation chamber, a longitudinal spring is disposed between the main body and the accommodation chamber, and the main body has a push button protruded from a penetrated slot longitudinally formed on a rear wall of the accommodation chamber, and a locking hook protruded towards the latching hook.

COMBUSTION APPARATUS
The combustion apparatus includes a burner configured to generate flame, an ignition section configured to generate spark for igniting the burner, a flame detection section configured to detect the presence or absence of the flame of the burner, and a flame determination section configured to determine, based on a detection result of the flame detection section in a preset determination period, whether or not the flame is generated at the burner. When a predetermined condition is satisfied based on the detection result of the flame detection section in the determination period, the flame determination section determines that the flame is generated. The ignition section generates the spark across a particular period, in which the predetermined condition is not satisfied, of the determination period, and does not generate the spark in the remaining period of the determination period.
Flame arrestor with fluid drainage capabilities
A vented module includes a housing portion having a drainage side and a drainage port within the drainage side. The module further includes a flame arrestor including a first surface having a fluid inlet, a second surface having at least one fluid outlet, a labyrinth channel extending from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet, and at least one mesh screen disposed within the labyrinth channel. The flame arrestor is attached to the housing portion such that the drainage port is aligned with the fluid inlet.
COOKTOP APPLIANCE WITH A WIRED TEMPERATURE SENSOR
A gas burner assembly includes a gas burner. A grate with a plurality of fingers is positioned above the gas burner. The plurality of fingers includes a sensor finger. A temperature sensor is mounted to the sensor finger of the plurality of fingers of the grate at a first end portion of the sensor finger. The temperature sensor is thermally isolated from the grate.
