GAS BURNER FOR BOILER
A gas burner (1) comprises a support plate (2) with a passage opening (8) for the gas and an annular wall (11) formed around the passage opening (8), a diffusing wall (19) and a further flow element (20,21,22) inserted on the annular wall (11) in flow communication with the passage opening (8), wherein the annular wall (11) forms a plurality of punches (16) with a recess (17) and an opposite projection (23), wherein the recess (17) accommodates a locking protuberance (25) of the diffusing wall (19) and the projection (23) extends in a locking hole (24) of the further flow element (20, 21, 22).
HEATING ADAPTOR
The present invention is directed to a heating adaptor device and method to use that heating adaptor device to replace a 1960-era infrared heater with a modern infrared heater while retaining a 1960-era pipe system. Without the heating adaptor device, (a) the 1960-era pipe system has to be replaced to avoid the known deleterious effects that would occur.
BURNER HEAD FOR EXHAUST GAS PROCESSING APPARATUS, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME, COMBUSTION CHAMBER FOR EXHAUST GAS PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MAINTENANCE METHOD OF THE SAME
A burner head that constitutes a combustion chamber for an exhaust gas processing apparatus by being attached to an upper portion of a combustion chamber main body is provided. The burner head includes a chassis which has a cylindrical portion having a lower opening and in which a fastening module for removably fastening to the combustion chamber main body is provided, a fuel nozzle that blows fuel into the cylindrical portion, a combustion supporting gas nozzle that blows combustion supporting gas into the cylindrical portion, a processing gas nozzle that blows processing gas into the cylindrical portion, and a pilot burner that ignites the fuel and/or the combustion supporting gas.
PRE-MIX BURNER ASSEMBLY FOR LOW NOx EMISSION FURNACE
A burner assembly according to aspects of the disclosure includes a burner surface carried by a burner, the burner surface extending outward from a front side of the burner, a housing coupled to the burner on a side opposite the front side of the burner, a gasket disposed between the burner and the housing, a thermally anisotropic protective covering located on the front side of the burner and surrounding a perimeter of the burner surface, and an igniter positioned adjacent to the burner surface.
BURNER WITH REMOVABLE SHELL FOR USE IN A MELTER
A burner is configured for attachment along a wall of a furnace of a melter and includes a fuel conduit and a coolant shell. The fuel conduit extends from a supply end to a combustion end, and the coolant shell surrounds the combustion end of the fuel conduit. The burner is configured to receive a cooling fluid and circulate the cooling fluid within the cooling shell before the cooling fluid exits the burner. The coolant shell is removable and replaceable with another identical coolant shell.
Burner
A burner has: a combustion plate part through which air-fuel mixture is ejected; and a flame rod which lies opposite to a portion of the combustion plate part. The combustion plate part is constituted by: a burner frame in a shape of a picture frame; a metal-fiber knit which covers an opening enclosed by the burner frame; and a distribution plate which has formed therein a multiplicity of distribution holes and which sandwiches the metal-fiber knit between the burner frame and the distribution plate so that the air-fuel mixture is ejected from the opening through the distribution holes and the metal-fiber knit. Flame holes for ejecting the air-fuel mixture are formed in a portion of the burner frame, and the flame rod is disposed so as to lie opposite to that portion of the burner frame which has formed therein the flame holes.
Burner
A burner has: a combustion plate part for ejecting air-fuel mixture; and a flame rod which lies opposite to a portion of the combustion plate part which has a picture-frame-like burner frame; a metal-fiber knit which covers an opening enclosed by the burner frame; and a distribution plate which has formed therein distribution holes and which sandwiches the metal-fiber knit between the burner frame and the distribution plate through the distribution holes and the metal-fiber knit. The flame rod has: a rod base part which lies opposite to a portion of opening peripheral part of the burner frame which is positioned on the same surface level as the opening; and a rod main body part which lies opposite to a portion of the metal-fiber knit. The distance between the rod base part and the opening peripheral part is made smaller than the distance between the rod main body part and the metal-fiber knit.
Combustion Apparatus
In a combustion apparatus including: a burner made up of a burner body and a sheet-metal combustion plate; and a combustion box which has a connection flange part to be coupled to a body flange part in a circumference of the burner body, the combustion box has disposed therein water passages as a cooling means, and a thermal insulation material which overlaps that portion of the combustion plate flange part which faces an inner space of the combustion box.
A fixing plate for the thermal insulation material is attached to the combustion plate flange part. The fixing plate is provided with pressing claws for pressing in position the thermal insulation material so as to press and prevent the thermal insulation material from getting released away from the fixing plate. And water passages are disposed in a manner to contact the pressing claws.
Combustion Apparatus
A fixing plate for the thermal insulation material is attached to the combustion plate flange part. Provided that a direction leaving away from the air-fuel mixture ejection part of the combustion plate is defined as an outward side direction, there are disposed: on the side edge in the outward side direction of the fixing plate, bent edge parts, which come into contact with the side edge in the outward side direction of the thermal insulation materials; and a plurality of tongue-shaped pressing claws which are elongated from the bent edge part so as to press and prevent the thermal insulation materials from getting released away from the fixing plate.
LINE REPLACEABLE FUEL INJECTOR PANELS WITH SINGLE HATCH INSTALLATION
A system includes an engine case for a gas turbine engine defined around a longitudinal axis. An access opening is defined through the engine case for access from outside the engine case to a space inside the engine case. A combustor is housed in the space inside the engine case. The combustor includes an inner annular wall and an outer annular wall radially outboard from the inner annular wall. The inner annular wall includes a first rail on an upstream end thereof. The outer annular wall includes a second rail on an upstream end thereof. The first and second rails each include a respective access portion configured to receive line replaceable injector components from through the access opening of the engine case into the first and second rails to form a combustor dome of the combustor.
